Absolutely appalled by this website. I purchased my Oud 22 days ago and it still has not arrived. I emailed three times in regards to this issue & they responded once saying the will look into the matter but did not get back to me. The website said 3-5 day deliveries but still hasn’t arrived. Just took my money & haven’t even bothered to refund me. Do not purchase from here!

I have still not received my order (perfume oud) even though it states delivery is between 3-5 working days, today is day 8. The website has no way for us to contact. No number or email. My money has been taken! Seems to be a fraudulent website! Do NOT order from here!

Have not recieved my item. It’s 4 days overdue

It’s been 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order. I’ve calling the company and the phone line is cut off. Nobody is replying to my emails or on social media. My Money was taking out of my account as soon as I placed the order. If anyone has received a refund please let me know how they managed to do that.

Salaam ive been waiting for two weeks to receive my items and still have not arrived i will never be ordering from here again You should have fear in allah as you are selling your items to person that have Earn their money as this webside looks like a scamming site as they promised 3-7 days to receive your items 9/10/2020
