I placed an order for some cables on 4th July, it's now 23rd and no sign of them. Just got my credit card statement and yes they took the full amount on the 4th. Phoned today (23rd July) after an extremely long wait got told they will be another 5 days. I cancelled the order. It's 22nd August and still no refund, phoned again and it's been promised for tomorrow. Had my money now since 4th July, totally unacceptable, I would never use this company again and would strongly recommend the same to anyone else. Contact your credit card company and get a refund - unfulfilled transaction. Let them give WAE+ some grief! I have and got my cash back within a few days.

Ordered a USB flash drive and was informed delivery would be about a week (didn't really understand why it should take this long). This time passed and I still have 'Awaiting fulfillment' on website. Heard nothing from WAE ! I contacted customer services who said they were awaiting a delivery from their suppliers. I said I would be happy to wait - was advised I would have to wait a further 5-7 working days. This time also passed. Contacted customer services to see what was happening. no response. tried again several times. No response at all. Cancelled my order. Nothing good to say. Its all well and good being cheap but if you cannot supply the items then its pointless ! Would not recommend at all and sure this rating will be deleted !

Still no Razor!! I rang WAE+ nearly 2 weeks ago as I had been waiting one month for delivery of my spanking new Razor, customer support assured me that the item in question was on it its way from foreign shores ! Oh what a plonker Rodney ( I believed him !!). Now its nearly TWO months and no contact and no Razor !! my beard is eight weeks long and frightens the cat ! The wife is threatening to use her leg wax and tear it off, but the kids think I'm the milkman >>> and keep asking if its real ---- Can't understand why ? PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY RAZOR ?????? Paul the bearded one >>>

Ordered a product and had a double payment go through. Have been on the phone three times now to their (Indian) call centre, who have been polite but useless. No refund for my double payment yet, and last call they told me to speak to my bank about it - as if it's got anything to do with them.... No information (emails or phone calls) provided by WAE themselves, I have to take the initiative each time and call them. On top of this, despite the product being 'In stock' for the entire 3 weeks since ordering, it hasn't shipped. The call centre tell me it is in fact not in stock, and they expect stock 'within 7 working days'. They've told me this each time I've called. The product still shows as 'In stock' on the website. I've now cancelled the order (three weeks after it was first placed) and have been told I should get that refund shortly. (Hah!) So, to summarise: 3 weeks without a product that I've paid twice for. No refunds yet. Atrocious. While this was going on I was looking to buy a new monitor (Asus PB278Q) and considered getting it from WAE as it was considerably cheaper than Amazon. However, as the saga has dragged on I ended up giving my cash to Amazon who in the past have processed returns and refunds within 24hours and they didn't let me down this time, delivery the product within 16hours of ordering. Now that's how you run a business.

i ordered two pairs of AKG headphones on the 13th June it's now the 22nd July and they still haven't arrived! I called the support team on the 1st July to find out where they were and i was told they would arrive on the 10th July, i still don't have them. Now i get sent an email saying review your product, i don't have them. I am very annoyed and would like to know where my headphones are!

I ordered an ASUS RT-AC66U wifi router on 17 June 2013. The Item was in stock and I opted for the free 10-12 day delivery. When buying from Amazon I usually go for the free 3-5 day delivery and my items almost always turn up in 2 days, so I had hoped that WAE+ might beat the 12 day turn-around. WAE+ debited my card £133 on 18 June 2013. I checked the website regularly over the next couple of weeks to see if the status of order had changed, but it stayed stuck on "Awaiting Fulfilment" and "On Track" for delivery in 12 days (from the order date). When Day 13 came around the "On Track" was no longer there, but the order was still awaiting fulfilment (as was I). Clicking on the link back to the router product page I found that the router was now out of stock with no stock delivery date shown. I phoned up WAE+ to see if they might know when the item might be back in stock, but they had no way of telling (or weren't telling me anyway). Rather than waiting indefinitely for stock to come in I chose to cancel my order and got an e-mail confirming this later that night (8 July 2013). Writing this its now 22 July 2013 and the £133 WAE+ took from me still hasn't been credited back to my card. I have phoned them up again and they said that this was due to a backlog in the Accounts Department and that my money would be with me no later than 8 August 2013. I'll wait and see if this actually does happen or if I'll need to prompt them again. My gripes can be summarised as follows: 1) WAE+ took money from me before the item had shipped 2) WAE+ allowed me to order an item when it was in stock but didn't allocate to me 3) WAE+ don't have an automated refund system - so when things start to go wrong their human system grinds to a halt, making things worse.

Items shown in stock, Order placed, delivery schedule states 10 to 12 working days lead time. Called after 10 days still 10 to 12 days lead time. This drama continues for a month and it appears no confirmation of actual delivery date. There is no one to contact except some one answer the call and does not know what is going on and they do not have complaint escalation process. The person answer the call direct you to email [email protected] to escalate the matter. When you email to this address you get an automated statement stating same old story from the person 10 to 12 days lead time. Finally when you cancel the order months gone, then you expect a refund they says another 30 days to process the refund. This company is a joke. Please never ever place an order with this website. They will take your money for several months and then issue a refund. By the time you would be paying interest on your credit card for the items you never received. They will play with your money. Legally nothing can be done. Very cleaver approach.

Order placed 22nd June; Visa debited 24th June. They claimed the item was in stock and delivery at the latest on 1st July. When I enquired, claimed item was in Germany and awaiting shipment .By 10th July item still not received in UK . Cancelled order. In spite of e-mails and phone calls, no refund as yet on22nd July. So., after one month, I still have no computer and no money.

I ordered a tower fan and phoned to check stock before ordering. I was assured that 90 items were in stock and ordered immediately after the call. 2 days later the status was still showing waiting fulfillment. I telephoned customer services who still said there was no problem. Only when I pressed them did they check the stock level again and found that there was no stock. I complained and they said they would refund. I then received an email stating that they were sorry that I wished to cancel my order and that a refund would be processed in accordance with their company policy. I phoned to ask what this meant and they said it would take up to 30 days! I complained again stating that it was not me wishing to cancel it was them not being able to fulfill the order even though promised 90 in stock! It took 2 more phone calls with escalation to the management to resolve an immediate refund. This company seems totally dis-organized.

As a friend I would advise you not to deal with this company. I ordered a camera on 12 May. It had not arrived a fortnight later in time for my holiday so I had to go elsewhere to buy one. I contacted the company for a refund which they promised - it is not 22 July and I still have not received a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY unless you have money to give away. Order a software product and a few days later I received an email telling me that it was delayed due to stock problems. All communication is through their website and you cannot reply directly to the email!!! so everytime I wanted to chase it up I needed to get my order number and my password and most of the time there was an error and it would not allow me to sign in so I had to put all my details to be able to ask a question! Then after all that they never got the item in stock for over a month. I think is the worst and most complecated system of communication that I have seen in a ebusiness. why can you just have an email address to write to? When I requested my maoney back they took a month to refund it. Good intentions terrible system

I was a bit wary of ordering with WAE+ due to the numerous bad reviews online. I was daft and I took the risk of ordering. I received part of my order very quickly, which was fine. The other item never arrived and despite being told repeatedly that it would arrive "soon" their website was still showing it as "in stock". I asked for a refund but their policy is only to refund after 30 days. Despite waiting 30 days I had to call another 3 times before finally managing to receive my refund. Very poor experience. WAE+ prices are very cheap but my advice to others is to stay away as it is not worth the risk. Order #630-881-8206

I ordered a 3DS XL and was told to expect delivery within 7-9 days. Day 8 came and I still hadn't been sent so I emailed, I got a reply on day 9 stating that they were out of stock and more would arrive soon. I asked them how long "soon" would be. No reply. Day 11 I emailed again, told that within 3/4 days they would get new stock. I told them to forget it and cancelled my order. I got an email from them 3 days later saying that my order had been dispatched, and upon telling them (again) the situation I was told to refuse delivery. Which I did. Fast forward a little my refund has been acknowledged exactly one month to the day of me placing my order and apparently I should expect the money in my account within 30 days. SHOCKING service. Do not use this company.

Honest to god this is the worst service i've ever encountered. Ordered an SSD from this company 2 and a half weeks ago and its still not here. Contacted them and they said they'd move me up to priority level and a week later still no product. Not even an apology or discount or anything. Called again the next week and sure enough it still hadnt been dispatched, this time because theyre out of stock. Cancelled and requested refund, 30 days till i get my money back (although judging by the rest of these reviews I doubt i'll ever get it) Avoid this company at all costs, not even sure if it is a real company as im beginning to think its a scam site. Worse than poor...

At order time it said item was in stock and 10 to 12 day to delivery. That was 23rd June. Now 20th July and despite calling and emailing, no update on delivery. Now they refuse messages via their website as I contacted then in the last 24 hours. They lied on delivery times. They lied on stock level. They loed when I called saying they would get back to me which they did not. They do not offer me to cancel as the website gives an error when I click cancel order. Very poor service. Would never use again.

I made an order for some computer ram on 29/06/13. Money was taken on the day. 09/07/13 was told there had been a delivery day so it would be a few more days. Got in touch on the 11/07/13 got told there had been a technical fault with my order and it would be a few more days. Cancelled my order on the 16/07/13 and so far no refund has gone through to my account. Now trying to recover the money via the credit card company. Avoid like the plague!

OK I saw that the order would take weeks to come, but then after this time it didn't - I queried the order - no explanation just a cancellation of the order. To top it all off they STILL have my Money!!! - no refund. I saw the bad reviews and though it will not happen to me - it will! This company does not carry stock even though the web site says it does (the item I was after is still in stock apparently) - LIARS!! - refund my money

I ordered a Seagate 500GB internal hard drive my son's pc build, good price and offered 1-3 days delivery. After waiting four days, I called WEA+ to see ware my order was, they informed me that they had a stock issue and were sorting the problem as quick as possible, I was then asked if I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund or wait a little longer for the item to be delivered, I decided to wait. The item arrived four days later. Over all good product and price, but they must improve on the delivery side of their operation. Will use them again, but allow plenty of time for delivery
