Waited over a month for item (Motherboard)... Still no arrival. Said it was on its way to warehouse then more rubbish from company. Contacted them on numerous occasions. Cancelled order in the end and even that was a pain. I hjad to write 2 emails to customer services!!!! Not a happy customer here. If it's not in stock then say so.. Companies are too quick to take our money these days and not produce the goods.

I ordered several hard disks from WAE+ in 2013 as their prices were low. One order took 2 weeks to arrive. The other was so late I cancelled it. The refund took a while to arrive also. I would only buy from them again in situations where I didn't mind a long delay.

Never received goods. Nor despatch note. Took my money, but goods still not arrived.

Not only does the website wait to offer you a better delivery price as you're about to navigate away from it (which feels like 'game-playing' on behalf of WAE+), but I feel I was told a mistruth about stock availability. When I saw how much the urgent delivery cost was I went to navigate away from the site and suddenly a much more reasonable 'free express delivery' notice pops up. I decided to give it a go. Well over a wee later there was still no sign of the drive I'd ordered and when I called up all the said was there was a stock issue and there was nothing they could do. No I don't run a company like WAE+ but if I did I would make it clear that if you order something with an express delivery option and it isn't in stock, you won't be getting it quickly. I won't be using this lot again as I felt they were shifty and dishonest in their dealings with me. I'd strongly suggest a more reputable trader to anyone who wants an efficient service.

I too was scammed by these fools. I was lucky enough to have my money refunded by HSBC... I was actually refunded £104 more than I should have been, feckin idiots. One star is one too many for these scam artists. All in all, I wish I had never set eyes on them even though I came out on top.

Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pair of hard drives Oct '12. Cancelled order 2 weeks later once they hadn't shown. No refund. Eventually they asked me to claim the money back from my bank (HSBC), blaming their card processing company. HSBC said no. Sent letters to the directors via recorded post. Was promised Cheque imminently. Wrote again threatening court action. Nothing. Started court action, they then paid up 4 weeks later. Avoid at all costs.

Order a speaker from them and waited for my item. After one month, they told me it was out of stock and i have to change to a cheaper one. While they didn't refund me the difference of price, but keep under my WAE+ account. I have emailed and called them, finally they promise to fund me but already two months. The refund still have not appered in my bank account. so bad service and likely "fraund company"...

Search on Facebook for WAE+ Scammers, we have a group and we're adding up all the people who got scammed by WAE+. Since they went into liquidation recently, a lot of people aren't getting their money back but they already started other businesses doing the same. We're now moving forward with a gathering in front of their offices and TV/newspapers so everyone gets to know what is going on and hopefully we can end this once and for all. Seems authorities only act when things come on the media so we're forced to get media attention to pressure politicians/police to do something to stop this.

On the 21st May 2013 I ordered : Batleys Chinet Bowl 30cl (50s x 20) to the sum of £82.09 from WAE+. To date we have not received any goods or a refund. The first three times I called I talked to Raja, he informed me that the container was delayed and they would be with me in the next 5 days. In August my colleague phone yet again, she was told a similar story. She said we no longer wanted them as it was taking to long and that we would need a refund. They informed us that this was no problem and it would be with us in 30 days. The refund never arrived back onto my company credit card. I called again in September and was told that it had been sent for refund on the 15th August but it takes a couple of days so anytime between the 15th and 17th August. I received my credit card statement the other day and it still hasn't been refunded. I have tried calling a few times over the past few days and it there is a message that now says that all the customer services representatives are busy and to contact them via the internet, then it cuts you off. I also have to report that shortly after I proceed this order from WEA+ . I was contact by my bank to tell me that my card had been cloned and they were cancelling. There were plane ticket in Europe and thing in the US all very strange. I have no idea if this is connected, but it make you wonder went someone can sells your money on the internet so easily. I hope you can help in this matter, this is not an internet company that should be allowed to trade! Can believe that people can do this kind of thing!!!

I purchased by virtue of bank transfer, so unfortunately do not have recourse to VISA or credit card company. I spoke today with Baines & Ernst Corporate (WAE+'s administrators) today who confirmed my suspicions that there is, oddly enough, nothing/ zip/ zero left in the pot to pay out against creditors. I do hope the Directors have enjoyed their money at their customer's expense. Because what goes around comes back around. And probably when they they would least expect it.

Usual story...drawn in by cheap prices ...paid for items...didn't arrive...numerous phone calls and e-mails appologising for the delay.promised a refund and then i get the letter saying "Gone Into Administration". Now trying to get my £281.17 refunded using chargeback.....stay away from any site associated with this one they are sure to be bad news, Surely somebody has to be acountable for all the ordinary people who have been ripped off by these people....I bet the directors had to take a long holiday (at our expense) after the stress of losing there business.

On the 29th Aug'13 I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about a mobile phone we had bought less than 6 mths ago from them was continuous in a loop after my husband reset the mobile phone as the GPS appeared to not work right. Any way he told me how to get it repaired and the the means to get it to them. Got my confirmation email and even they had set up UPS to come and pick up the parcel. Since we sent phone back the site has said under maintance but got concerned when this has been the issue for nearly a week. Tried calling , no response. So not only have they got our phone they also have my money too. I have kept all the emails and information but dont know where I turn to get my money back . Would of been nice to know when I called up and the the email they had sent that the company was going bust, as I would of tried to get the phone sent for repair elsewherex UPDATE: Just spoken to the credit card company I am with and they are going to try and claw the money back. So lucky we paid on the credit card as we have protection and if all else fails should get my money back

Can anybody beat this? I could talk all day about the numerous phone calls and conversations via their website, the lies and blatant disregard for consumer fraud. These however, have already been listed in detail by other reviewers on this very trust pilot page. I'm going to fight this one to the end, researching who owns JM-limited.co.uk (the new owners) and who registered the domain, the directors themselves... basically however long it takes to at the very least achieve a conviction and any legal action that is required to do so. I asked the administrators to answer at least one question for me, which they confirmed was already an integral part of the investigation into the conduct of the directors. To this I will say no more. Its been a boring year, I could do with a little battle. Watch out for their sister site, its up and running now!!!

So your new company name is "JM-Limited.co.uk". The Administrator, Baines and Ernst, tell me that your new Directors are not the Directors of WAE+ Limited. Whoever your "new" Directors are, between you, you still owe me £218.36. Where are the minus stars on the rating scale?

Been waiting 2 months for goods - just had a letter from the Administrators that are winding this Company up as they've gone bust! At least no one else will have to go through the number of emails and telephone calls I did without getting anywhere. They're brilliant at taking your money but don't supply any goods! What a scam this Company was.

I ordered an item from WAE+, it was not delivered and I got no refund. Too late I realised that WAE+ were trading dishonestly. Thanks to my credit card bank's services and help I got a full refund. You may find the following notes helpful, these are notes that came from a website providing advice to individuals that had paid for goods by credit or debit card but had not received goods before the company went into administration. "If you've bought something on your credit card costing more than £100, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act means the card provider is jointly responsible for any breaches of contract. For example, you could ask for a refund if the things you bought weren't delivered. Write to your credit card company with details of your claim. If you’ve paid by debit card you may be able to claim through the MasterCard and Visa chargeback scheme, as long as it hasn’t been more than 120 days since paying on your debit card and making your claim." Good luck.
