The accounting process lets this company down. Talent wait MONTHS for payment! When it's stated payment will be in 60 days from the date the invoice is accepted... ( That's not necessarily WHEN the invoice is uploaded.. it can take many days before an invoice is accepted by accounts ) And then to have the payment date they decide, come and go with zero payment, zero acknowledgement, it makes it difficult to want to trust the business. Talent is expected to deliver the recordings promptly, why can't talent expect prompt payment? Would you wait MONTHS to be paid?

I have NEVER had so much trouble getting an invoice paid. My first TWO were declined because all relevant information needed is not given. You have to be declined and complain just to get the right info needed. And even THEN they don't answer emails on time or give complete needed info. I loved the client, the job and the offer... but getting paid is like pulling a lions teeth with tweezers. And they blamed it on ME not filling in the info ... that they never gave me as needed to start with.... Sheeeesh VB.com ... come on....
