De kwaliteit van het resultaat is erg hoog. Ook het werken met de portal is gebruiksvriendelijker dan ik dacht. De drempel was aanvankelijk hoog om met zo'n platform te werken, omdat het persoonlijke contact gemist wordt. Voor het resultaat is het niet noodzakelijk geweest.

Zeer tevreden. Direct chatcontact met de uitgekozen "voice". In mijn geval was dat Machteld. Zij reageert super snel en opnames staan klaar voor je het door hebt. Bij aanpassingen heel snel nieuwe versies. Zij denkt goed mee (het was voor mij de eerste keer dat ik een voicebooking deed) en ze gaf verschillende opties qua tone of voice om uit te kiezen. Ik zou voicebooking.com en zeker Machteld aan iedereen aanraden.
