After trudging through the minefield of trying to find a decent contractor I feel I really struck gold when I asked Vision to quote on the upgrading of my conservatory roof. Adam gave me a very reasonable quote and was really helpful answering all of my questions and tailoring the job to our exact needs. I was even more impressed when the start date arrived and I met Craig and Bradley, they were efficient, skilful, courteous and immediately made me feel I had made the right choice. The electrician and plasterers were also really fantastic. The worksite was always kept clean and tidy and the speed of the job amazed me. The total job including good quality redecorating took five days and my neighbour who had watched it all going on came round towards the end of the job and said she was amazed by the quality of work and asked Vision to quote on a similar job for them. I would not hesitate to recommend Vision to anyone. They are a fantastic company and deserve to succeed.

We had Vision Conservatory Roofs visit us to refurbish our dilapidated conservatory and to replace the old, plastic roof. I am, if I am honest, a little taken aback by just how competent, professional, diligent and conscientious this company are. From initial consultation with Adam, through to the actual job itself, led by Craig and Brad, we could not be any happier with what they have achieved. The whole process took two weeks and they worked so, so hard, arriving early and often finishing late, working through atrocious late December weather and numerous unforeseeable problems. They navigated it all with ease, and with a massively positive can-do attitude. The end result is nothing short of miraculous. They have turned a conservatory that was cold and damp in the winter and boiling hot in the summer, into a room that we will have the pleasure of using all year round. It is now more like an extension than a conservatory. Every trade that came in was professional and courteous, each coming and going with timed precision so that the next stage of the refurbishment was on time and on budget. From new bi-fold doors to in-ceiling speakers and solar powered Velux windows, everything went so smoothly. Superb!!

I was so pleased with the whole experience. Initially Adam visited to explain everything that would take place, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Once date set Craig and Bradley arrived on time every day, worked really hard, were always polite, cleaned up afterwards. They actually finished in 4 days instead of 5. They had very good connections for the other work - electrical and plastering.

We had our conservatory roof replaced by Vision about 10 days ago and couldn't be happier. We've already had several very sunny days and the difference in temperature is remarkable - it's practically the same as the rest of the house, making the room so much more usable! Craig and Bradley worked really hard over 4 days to complete the job despite some challenging weather, and it was clear they were focused on doing everything properly and achieving a quality result. They showed great attention to detail, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy as work progressed. The plasterers and electrician also did a fantastic job, including positioning the new light switch in our desired position despite it being more work than the more obvious alternative location. All the above was done at a competitive price (we had 2 other quotes for comparison) - we'd happily recommend Vision to anyone who's considering a conservatory roof replacement.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new conservatory roof!!Everything went like clockwork as Adam had advised us.From removing the old and building the new roof,the electrician doing the lights,the plasterer and the painting of the ceiling-everything was done with incredible skill.Graham,Sam and James were a pleasure to have around and our roof has turned out even better than we could have ever hoped for!!!

The build went like a dream. My mother really appreciated the diligence, skill and flexibility of Craig, Bradley & the team who turned what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute pleasure, they really went above and beyond & did an excellent job of meeting the schedule despite the challenging weather!! Fantastic experience from start to finish! Vision sorted a new, solid roof to replace our old and leaking plastic one. Adam was great from the get-go, excellent communications and never tired of my questions. Craig and Bradley were amazing doing the actual construction, arrived early and just worked hard all day, leaving everything tidy and clean. The plasterer was like lightning and his work was perfect. Vision replaced our conservatory roof. We are very pleased with it, they did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. The roof has made a huge difference to us, it's keeping our conservatory warm in winter and cool in summer, it has added a valuable addition to our home. The men were friendly and reliable, they started early every day and worked very hard. Everything was tidied and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. We couldn't fault them at all. I would highly recommend this company.

Debated changing our glass roof for tiled for years but the leaks finally forced us to it - so glad we chose Vision. They were so hard working and particular about their work. An unexpected rain deluge caused damage to the floor but Vision happily reimbursed the replacement cost, no quibble or argument. Since the roof has been up we've had a couple of minor water ingresses due to horrendous driving wind and torrential rain, Vision have returned as soon as notified, resealed, repaired, repainted. They are an excellent firm who still show good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend them.

We have just had our conservatory roof changed from polycarbonate to fully insulated solid roof. We were very pleased indeed with everyone who was involved with the building, plastering and decorating and lighting. They were all punctual, considerate and polite and the conservatory is now exactly what we hoped for. It's reassuring also to know that we have the insurance for 10 yrs. We could hardly believe how quickly it was done and how little disruption there was to us. Thanks to them all.

Our new roof does look amazing and we're delighted with it. Graham and Sam worked extraordinarily hard to achieve this result in atrocious weather conditions at times, and we were especially impressed with Richard the painter completing such a major task in a day. We can already feel the temperature difference.

Have totally transformed a space that used to worry me into a room that feels part of the house. Adam filled me with confidence and was happy to offer little extras that others hadn’t even considered to make my life easier and give us a room that was ready to use.
