Took longer than I was led to believe. I called for update on the ETA and was told you hadn’t received the passport scan or the photo scan. In fact I’d sent them the week before. Then I was asked if that was by post - no I emailed it, plus I was sent a proof of receipt email. I eventually received the Visa the next day.

Easy to complete the visa forms, posted the photos and copy of passport photo. Received the 5 year tourist e-visas within 3 days. Very Happy. I would definitely use Visa Genie again.
