This was our first purchase from VIP and I was a little cautious going in. However, communication, logistics and details were exceptional and made for an overwhelmingly smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Craig provided a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience, hands down, and if you are looking for exclusive and premium access, look no further. Recommend VIP Concierge without reservation whatsoever. Thanks Craig, we will definitely be back for future events!

The tickets are too expensive

What is the most important item in a VIP experience? To not be “let down”. Craig did everything he said he would do and he followed up on every text and email and question. We did the CMA in Nashville. We had great seats as promised. We had a great crowd to sit with. We went to a private VIP after party. It was 100% all the way. When I pay thousands of dollars I need to trust the outcome. Craig and VIP have earned it.

Craig and team were amazing and extremely professional. Securing my physical ticket day of the event was a breeze and all emails leading up to the event were thorough, concise and kept me well informed. My seats for the VMA’s were better than described on the site and the over all experience was top tier. I was definitely high level cynical at first, but I’m glad I went with VIP-C and will certainly rock with them again in the very near future. ***Also, I noticed tickets do increase in price the closer the event gets, so act quick and be sure to sign up for their news letters so that you can be informed prior to price jump.

I ask them about a $5K service. And they reply me in an insulting email. I attached email from their rude reply! Update: the owner, he is stalking me, at first he offer $250 to take down this negative review, I ignore, and then he increase to $500, I ignore still, he then threaten to use lawyer to sue me? I'm like? are you ok?

Was flying from Minnesota to NYC for the MTV VMA's and didn't have a ticket in hand before flying out. So I'll admit I was a little skeptical but in the end everything worked out. I always got a fast answer when I called or texted and my ticket was hand delivered to my hotel before my flight even landed. Had a great time at my 1st MTV VMA's. Craig was awesome to work with! :)

VIP CONCIERGE is without a doubt a company you can trust. The event I went to took place in NYC, I flew from Asia to there just to attend that event. You can tell how much I trust this company by this (If I didn’t trust this company I would not buy my flight tickets and book my hotel to attend that event). I will surely deal with Craig and Stacy from VIP CONCIERGE again and again! They have good communications with customers and they are reliable.

I purchased and went to the Netflix After-Party through VIP Concierge and had the BEST time of my life! Craig and his team are always professional and tend to my every need for all the hottest parties! When I arrived at the Netflix After-Party my name along with my guest name were already on the list which made for an easy entrance. Upon entering, the DJ played the hottest music all night, I got to meet all my favorite celebrities, and I had the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life at the after-party! Def one of the dopest parties I’ve ever been too all thanks to Craig and VIP Concierge! I also got to dance with Millie Bobbie Brown, James Corbin, Bob Sagat and many more!

We had an amazing time. VIP handled the process with pride, respect, great communication and patience, especially with all my questions and concerns. Craig was fantastic. We followed their itinerary and instructions fully, which was our way of showing respect for them. We are and remain very thankful for this once in a lifetime experience. We would absolutely use them again! Thank you!

This year I attended the ESPY awards and the after party. I appreciated the superior service from VIP Concierge. My tickets were delivered to my hotel and that was the beginning of a perfect evening! My teenage Daughter and I attended Comic Con 2017 in San Diego and had a blast. The opportunity to attend would not have been possible without the superb team at VIP Concierge. During the event a number of additional opportunities existed to attend premier after parties and access to a few rare Comic Con events suitable for all ages. Her teenage age prevented us from participating in the rare and exclusive After Parties but we were not disappointed as the additional opportunities with the rare Comic Con events were breath taking. My daughter will cherish this moment for a lifetime. Thank you to all at VIP Concierge .....I never thought the billboard awards experience could be topped yet everything at Comic Con was again......Perfect!
