The whole experience was very well organised at your depot at Bicester Heritage, in a relaxed atmosphere with a nice cup of coffee. It was very near where I live and involved limited travelling. My only complaint, that is common to all tyre fittings, is that the gunge you use to seal the tyre is never cleaned off on site and in this particular case very difficult to remove when it has dried. Anyway thank you again

Used Vintage Tyres' Bicester based tyre fitting service. Their agent is a classic/vintage vehicle engineering company, who assign two operatives to fitting tyres. We were served by Steve, who was helpful, knowledgeable, personable and made the entire process enjoyable. We actually had a pre visit (on 23/08/2023) to ensure that the tyres we were looking for were suitable for the car. Steve ordered the tyres, etc. from Beaulieu, recommending bands for the wire rims, in case what was already fitted needed replacing (e.g. electrical insulating tape, which becomes brittle and can then cut the inner tubes). During the visit Steve threw in training for tightening wire wheel hub nuts. Payment processed by Mark (from Beaulieu), over the phone. There wasn't the pressure, to be processed as quickly as possible, that everyday tyre companies work to.

Overall every thing was fine and delivery arrived today am 4/9/023 thanks Alan perkins
