The speed in which this order was handled was simply astounding, to order a tyre on a Thursday and have it packaged, and delivered in 6 days from England to Australia is a sign everybody is really on the ball, to get the same day flight as the order was made, then to track and check its progress, to have it arrive the other side of the world is first class.

A wide and good quality product range and delivery time very good. But having deliberately ordered via your ".fr" site for France was surprised that import fees etc were also due as I had wrongly imagined that the goods would come from a depot or agent in France rather than from Beaulieu. Delivery cost was not unreasonable, but that and the fees added 130€ to the cost of 2 tyres, making them rather expensive I thought. Not complaining - and have already received your very quick and helpful response to the above point which explains the situation clearly. I think if I read you right that the associated costs might be referred to expressly in future on the ".fr" pages, which would be helpful in my view. (Or, just say "Shipments all come from the the UK and 'Normal Rules Apply' re import taxes and VAT" thereby alerting people to the fact that it's not a locally-sourced order so there will / may be additional charges.) No matter, tyres have arrived - the right ones - and very quickly.
