Where to start on this amazing experience... I was being served ads for Vintage Sofa Co. while remodelling my flat in North London. I hadn't considered Chesterfields before and, to cut a long story short, I visited a couple of other manufacturers/shops on my travels as Halifax seemed a bit too out of the way and I knew I wanted to try them out. After those other visits I decided Chesterfields weren't going to be comfortable enough for me. I currently have a 10 year old, very soft, fabric sofa and like feeling cosy. I then also saw all the reviews on here and wondered how can there be so many in such a small amount of time? Surely a bot? Well let me tell you... I was on the off chance passing near Halifax and visited mainly to tick the box saying I'd seen the sofas there and was sticking to modern fabric sofas. Well, I don't think I've ever been to a better furniture shop in my life. Everything about it was incredible, sensory overload, and I am now going to kit my entire place out in items from Vintage Sofa Co, I've already ordered a sofa, rug, footstool, bought one chair, ordering another and I'm not going to stop. The pure aniline leather of the corner Chesterfield on display was just so luxurious. I'm going to have to take a window out to get it in I think, but it's coming in somehow. Just go for the morning out even if you're not considering buying a sofa yet, it's an immersive experience for the senses and you'll just love it!

The quality of the furniture is, as out of this world as it is stunning! Also if you are considering large items, the delivery team ( who I have seen more than once ) are incredible. However, visit with caution: This was my second trip, just to swap a lamp, yet I ended up coming home with a side table, a chest of drawers, set of trays and another lamp! I defy anyone to be able to buy just one thing or go for 'just a look around' 😂

Great service, was kept up to speed at every point in the sofas construction and delivery, the delivery drivers was also fantastic, building all the sofa and clearing all of their rubbish away nothing was too much trouble. Won’t go anywhere else for future purchases and their showroom is well worth the travel.

Recently purchased a sofa and matching cushion that I’ve admired for some time. All my questions were answered, giving me reassurance - will use again in the near future

What a great place!! We have been coming here for years and watched the mill transform over that time, we will never go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing and nothing is too much to ask for, adding fresh coffee and cakes makes the experience extra special. The sofas are incredible quality and the price is really reasonable. We have had sofas, rugs, cushions and chairs from here, it’s definitely worth a visit.

If I had to choose between clothes shopping and furniture , I ‘d chose this unique design furniture house ! The quality of every piece on display will hypnotise for hours ! All photos published will not do the justice . This weekend ,we paid the second visit , ended with another purchase and we looking forward to collecting even more pieces .

We ordered a Good Stagg Head. Took a long time to come, I feel the Vintage Sofa company are been let down by their carrier. However when the Gold Stagg Head arrived it was very well packed. Sadly there had been a mistake and the wrong order had been sent! Amy was fantastic in sort and I thinking this mistake out. We are now waiting for the replacement to come. So far FANTASTIC SERVICE!

From choice of design, colour and materials I was blown away for sofas I’ve finally decided on the sofa after almost a year from start to finish I’ve had updates via email, receipts and insurance cover, I didn’t have insurance but what advised to as it’s so much cheaper than other retailers I’m glad I did they cover so much and very reasonable too! I’ve had an email from the delivery company and they are happy to keep it until I can take final delivery as we are away so excited to get my new sofa. My main decision for purchasing from this company at the end was the big tv advertising retailers that we have all heard of are letting people down and I’m not willing to take a risk when paying out a lot of money for something I’ve read hundreds of reviews off this company and there are no bad ones these people are so lovely I follow them on fb and Instagram they actually care about people yes they are doing it to make money but it’s nice to have genuine people who care about customers, I hope they continue in there wonderful business and good luck to them xx Ps I haven’t been to their shop as I live in Birmingham but hope to one day all my views have been from their website

I have been following this company on FB as their sofas chairs are absolutely stunning. We are building a house and now at the stage where we are decorating and furnishing it. It's been such an inspiration seeing all the posts. Every time I enquired about a sofa the response was so quick and professional. I have now ordered and have to say it's been a great experience, and I can't wait to receive my sofa and share a photo too.

We have seen Vintage Sofa on FB and impressed by web and content. We had the opportunity to visit the showroom - even more impressive and excellent coffee. Superb service and no pressure bespoke sofa ordered - highly recommended.

Myself and my partner visited the showroom and was blown away by the amazing and friendly staff. We had a tour of all floors and was shown the facilities before letting loose! The showroom was very clean and well set out. We couldn’t believe how amazing it was and wanted to stay for hours looking around at everything. We did purchase an Autumn Patchwork Sofa and footstool as the quality of the products felt really good. The designer herself was telling us how they are made and why she had designed them in a particular way. We really enjoyed our visit and cannot wait to receive our sofa!

What a fabulous company to buy from, we arrived from Sheffield to a warm and friendly welcome, nothing was to much trouble, such a lovely run family business, on arrive also got homemade cake a coffee, such a fantastic touch, bought from them twice, we definitely be buying again, highly recommended, thing is I don't want people knowing about them because I want them just for myself. 5 star 🌟 with amazing quality goods what ever your looking for. We were greeted with a smile and a quick introduction to the beautiful shop. We were then offered a delicious coffee and cake all with no obligation at all. We were left to browse and then when we were ready we approached a sales assistant who helped us find the right sofa for us in the colour we loved. It was a gorgeous shop and a lovely buying experience. There was no pressure at all to purchase. So much lovely choice. I love that it's a family business and felt valued as a customer. Thank you

Item arrived with slight damage. This was quickly rectified with a replacement that was unpacked and checked with all rubbish taken away. A great customer experience.

I ordered and paid for a chandelier on Vintage sofa’s website on the 24th Nov 2024 and after hearing nothing for a few weeks, I emailed to enquire where it was. I was told it would be posted shortly. But then had to message once a week as it still didn’t arrive. After 6weeks I still hadn’t received it so had to request a refund unfortunately, which I received in January. I would have expected better communication. If the item isn’t available, let customers know or don’t put it on the website for sale.
