Good customer assistance in the show room. Lovely selection of good quality sofas all displayed beautifully. Friendly helpful staff. Delivery sadly didn’t arrive complete so had to organise another day to stay home which was disappointing. They forgot to follow through on sofa care kits and insurance documents we purchased so found ourselves having to chase for these things. The Customer Service and support from Lauren was very good though. She responded quickly with our issues we raised. We are very happy with our sofas however, they do need to focus more on their follow up service to dot the i’s and cross the T’s!!! They have since been in touch following my review and have taken my issues seriously, have felt listened to by their after sales team and have responded to my review. They clearly care about my experience and have since tried to rectify the problems I had. That’s all I can ask. Problems can arise but it is how those issues are dealt with that matter when things go wrong. I will be returning to buy another chair! Think that says it all!! Always like to support products made in the Uk. 👍

I absolutely love dealing with this company, not only do the have amazing home furnishings, they also offer amazing personalised customer service. I have not yet been to visit their beautiful show room as I have always purchased online and dealt with the amazing Kate. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Vintage sofa co, which are all beautifully hand crafted to the highest standard.

I have never come across such a genuine family run business … The knowledge , help and pure loveliness I received is far fetched these days .. I’m excited to get our handmade British suite .. The stock is so quirky and nothing is too much trouble .. I’d recommend a visit here any day ….

From stalking on Facebook for several months and being very tempted with all the beautiful products, I ordered 2 new sofas, plus a footstool, lamp, table, cushions in the sale, everything arrived just 4 weeks later. The delivery company were excellent as I live in a very rural North Wales and my house is along a narrow footpath. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic.

The customer service online was excellent, and having provisionally chosen a sofa, we went to visit the showroom in person. It is absolutely fabulous and all the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were spoilt for choice but finally selected a footstool and cushions along with the sofa. We were advised of the delivery process and our sofa arrived the following week. We really couldn't be happier!

I was so excited when I found Vintage Sofas online. I ordered a Chaise Lounge and a 3 seater sofa via phone and the salesperson (whose name I wish could remember) was absolutely brilliant. My sofas arrived this week (3 weeks early which was amazing) and they are spectacular. High quality and super comfy. The delivery company were amazing too. Communicative and the two delivery men were lovely, put the legs on the sofas and took away all the packaging. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend this awesome company. Thank you!

What an amazing experience. the quality was top notch. The accessories are also stunning, some quirky and absolutely beautiful pieces, to fit many tastes. All of the staff were helpful and very polite. We spent a couple of hours browsing this amazing place and we woul of happily stayed longer. We purchased a stunning Chesterfield set, a wingback chair and accomanying chaise sofa, along with a few additional pieces. We had to stop at that because we could've easily carried on. We were served by the Dad of the family run business and he was extremely helpful, along with the other staff also. A nice, quick and easy email from the warehouse and from the delivery warehouse and then a quick and easy delivery. The furniture was delivered friday 26th, not even a week later. With regards to the 2 gentlemen that delivered our furniture on Friday, they had a tough job because of the layout of our apartment and with it being 3rd floor. This was not a problem. They just got on and did it perfectly. They were both extremely pleasant, very polite and couteous. We are blown away with our furniture, it looks amazing and is so high quality. We will definately be recommending to friends and family and we will certainly happily visit again. Perfect from start to finish. We are over the moon. Thankyou vintage sofa 💖👌

Really lovely company to deal with. For such quality products the prices are very fair. We purchased 2 sofas last year and have received so many compliments that we just ordered 2 more sofas for our other room. Highly recommended - you won’t be disappointed!

All was great until the sofa collapsed after 14 months. They kept referring me to the manufacturers 12 month guarantee and said I had to pay up front for them to inspect it despite me sending numerous photos. I spend 3K with them and would expect the sofa to last more than 14 months. Im now taking it up with the Ombudsman. AVOID

A wonderful showroom, it’s like entering an adult bejewelled playground with gorgeousness everywhere you look! Friendly knowledgeable staff who provide delicious refreshments…you’ll never want to leave. Delivery company were very good too. The sofas are beautiful, comfy and well made. You won’t be disappointed. Treat yourself!

What a fantastic company. George and the team can not do more for you. The customer care doesn't stop at the purchase, it continues afterwards too. You even get a coffee and cake whilst browsing. My sofa arrived, on time, and in excellent condition. From entering the shop, to purchasing, to delivery and the after service I couldn't have wished for more. What a company!!!!
