I spent the best part of the year, looking for replacement sofas for the ones that I purchased about 10 years ago from one of the big sheds, that has a word dodgy in its title. I had decided on what I wanted when I came across a sofa in a garden center that was perfect for what I wanted. The first thing I did was to try to lift it, it was extremely heavy, which I always take as a sign of good construction. This was a vintage sofa, Harlequin patchwork sofa. I took delivery yesterday of two of them, all of my expectations have been met. The sofas are so much better than anything that you will see in one of the big sheds.

I ordered a glorious tall light up mirror for our newly decorated bedroom and it’s made the room look so much more glamorous! We love it! There had been a mix up with delivery but VSC resolved it quickly and without any fuss or stress. They really are a wonderful team and I keep returning!

Ordered my sofa (the beautiful 4str Louis) in February...at the time we were decorating the house and when we got our delivery notification I realised we were no where near ready for it to arrive! I contacted them to advise and they immediately cancelled dispatch and asked me to get in touch when ready. No drama, no fuss and super helpful. Extremely responsive to any communication. They ended up holding the sofa for an extra few weeks and then when we were ready (finally) it was immediately sent out. Very Impressive...beautiful high quality sofa and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

So excited to receive our gold Hartington sofas, it can be really difficult purchasing without being able to visit the showroom (5 hours from us) but the team were so responsive to my messages and questions that we felt confident to do this. The added insurance is an absolute no-brainer too.

Gorgeous little place - Travelling 2 hours to visit was worth it. Will definitely be back again, handy to follow the Facebook page too where lots of items are posted :) Will be visiting again :)

We took a trip to Yorkshire from Surrey and visited the showroom last week. We’d ordered a small sofa online before and needed more sofas for a refurb. We came a way with 2 more (bugsby) annd a footstool- and after a bit of thinking have ordered a large Albert corner sofa and further footstool after getting home and measuring up- all done seamlessly via WhatsApp! We are so grateful for all the help and support (and the coffee and cake!) in store. Natalie’s help And advice was invaluable and her knowledge of the products just amazing. We were so pleased to find many of the products we had chosen were on offer- so the price was also awesome! I have been so impressed by the whole experience. We also purchase bolt cover for any accidental damage and thought that was incredibly reasonable for 5 years’ peace of mind! It is a beautiful place to visit with just amazing staff and products- highly recommend xx

Quality furniture and furnishings too A wonderful eclectic mix sure to wow you, Great customer service however you buy If you're needing a refresh, you should give them a try. With my beautiful chair matching my sofas in teal I got myself a wonderful deal. A visit is a must for goodness sake You're greeted with tea and a slice of cake. Wee received our second order 2 Hepworth Sofas wee received them quicker than wee thought which was great, also a footstool to match our serpentine sofa and chair , the quality is lovely and everything wee have purchased over last three months has changed our home everything looks so expensive and so different to anything wee looked at in several sofa stores in Scotland so glad wee made the effort to drive down to Halifax the Mill is amazing and worth the journey to experience all these items thank you to you all margaret x

This is THE best place to buy a unique sofa or indeed home decor and rugs. I purchased the magnificent buffalo leather grand Oscar in 2023. Its the most sumptuous, exquisite, sofa your bum will sit on. 😉 The vast showroom is set on two floors of a grand building, like something from Downton Abbey. I didn't see Mr Bates the butler, but one the lovely staff served coffee and fresh homemade cake. This place is an absolute must for anyone wishing to purchase something out of the ordinary.

Just purchased the Howard 3 seater leather sofa and 2 beautiful chairs, josh was amazing, quick responses via WhatsApp making it a very personal experience can't wait until it arrives just in time for Christmas ☺️

Recently purchased the beautiful Oskar large sofa and a side board, beautifully made and delivered on time . Their showroom is impressive staged in a huge industrial mill on 2 floors. The staff are friendly and welcoming whilst walking around with a cuppa and homemade cake viewing these amazing pieces of furniture and accessories. Soo much choice of fabrics and designs and staff are always on hand to guide you. Amazing place to visit. Amazing sofas 💕

We took in a long-anticipated visit to the vintage sofa company as part of a road trip from scotland. What an absolute treat! Set in glorious surroundings, we enjoyed a fabulous drive to their mill from a night in Hebden Bridge. What a gorgeous place, and what gorgeous staff! We were greeted with coffee and cake before browsing the three floors full of wonderful sofas, cushions, rugs and furniture. Josh was incredibly helpful and gave us all the time we needed to ensure we had all of the information we wanted. What an absolute joy to find this gem of a place. Will definitely be back.
