Thieves! Do not trust them. I paid them for 2 videos totaling $1300 and never received either one. I called and spoke to multiple people including the manager and each time they would say someone would call me back and no one ever did. They eventually just started ignoring my calls and I had to call from other numbers to get an answer. They are NOT accredited with BBB and have a rating of F. I urge you to go on BBB website to see others that they stole money from.

The relationship with Video Jeeves started off well with the "Money-back guarantee" agreement but that was the high point for the past two years. Finally, I have no choice to CANCELLED them due to very poor performance and very poor-communications, at least to the level I need and which most people would expect. They often make careless mistakes (The IT manager uploaded the wrong version to the live app) that users no longer want to stay on the app. Try to get the money back for poor performance is a mission impossible. While there was one person who was responsive after he left the company, no one had communicated or notified me that my account was hanging for 4 months and the communications fell through the floor. I feel I have been misled. After TWO YEARS they give me a false report. My app was full of bugs. I lost more than 10K users and had a very bad review on the Google play store because of the bugginess of the software. When they took over my project, my app was live at both stores. After two years of drag, it completely destroyed the opportunity to get into the market. They committed on the price and timeline, got the money, then dragged out the time not to finish the job and want more money. It was a terrible experience. Run as fast as you can! Do not do business with this company! They registered MANY company names to scam people. Here is the name that you should not TRUST "Kenneth Park" is the manager. They are pure fraud. I signed up end of 2019 and they refused to do my work. I asked for my moneyback and they never returned it. Kenneth Parks who runs the show is sitting overseas. I went to their address and they only have 2 guys on the location which belongs to another company and says we're not affiliated with Videojeeves. PURE SCAMMERS.

If I could give negative stars I would. We commissioned them back in August 2020 to design a Christmas commercial for us. Needless to say from the beginning it was a disaster, not only did we not hear back from them for over a month and ignored our calls, when we did hear back and see their proof work, it looked like Santa and the elves were on a 10 day meth tour. The work was horrible. We even went as far as giving them creative to use that we bought in addition to paying for them to create it, but noting. They returned terrible work again, and at that point we asked for a refund, since they made us pay in advance. Since then we have been trying to get our money back from this company and they have gone dark on us. Never heard back from them again, never got a reply to our emails, nothing. Took the money and ran. Taht is the short version, but the sum of the email is do not use them, do not pay them in advance, it is a total waste of time. My 8 year old could create better work then they can. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Video Jeeves has been brilliant. Thank you ! We have just had our second explainer video produced by Video Jeeves, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only is their customer service excellent, as is their attention to detail, they are at least as good as, and possibly better than their competitors who are charging much more. This company refuses to stop spamming me via text and email. Had to file a complaint with the FTC to get them to stop.

"It does what it says on the tin". For a real 'budget' video, I could not have asked for more from Video Jeeves. They listened to what I wanted and was asking for, and couldn't do any more to help. I was quite picky, even with my limited spend and was really pleased with the result. You get what you pay for, and this certainly true here. I would certainly use them again.

My team and I spent more time discussing what animation vendor to use than the amount of time it took Chris and his team to produce our 3 videos. We had read some negative comments and were initially a bit concerned about working with Video Jeeves. We quickly we learned that those concerns were unfounded. We are thrilled with the final product and impressed by the immediate responsiveness to every concern we raised. We intend to use Video Jeeves for our future projects and would recommend them to anyone.
