Thanks Pascal for resolving the issue with my Venetian blinds today, which are placed on high ceilings. Originally, I was advised that the blinds would need to be removed and sent off to repair. However, Pascal was able to untangle them quickly, saving time and money.

From the moment I called to make a booking for a measure and quote to the day of my install, the process has been so nice! I had direct contact with Shamse once I had my booked measure and quote. Shamse came on time, organised and understood exactly what I was after, and also helped me with a few design choices I wasn't sure about. Amazing experience! After that, the installers came by to triple check everything and they were great, quick and nice. The install day was made so seamless and no-fuss with Blerim single-handedly installing everything in the morning to about lunchtime; taking his time to perfect the roller blinds. His attention to detail didn't go unnoticed, with him washing his hands before hanging up my white sheers. 5 stars! If I could rate it higher, I would!

I had roller blinds made for the living room. The customer service was excellent as were the blinds. I had excellent help choosing the colours. There was an issue with the Roman blinds and I had full assistance in resolving this problem. Victory Blinds conducted themselves very professionally, with prompt attention to the final resolution.

I have just recently completed major renovations on my home and the final item on the renovation list was window furnishings. I had previously had roller blinds from Victory installed in the meals area, family room and rumpus rooms and was very happy with them. The remaining 4 bedrooms, a home office and formal lounge had roller blinds installed with the sheer blind and block out blind for each window. I am very happy with the quality of the products and the service I received from the consultant, Jane Doran, was professional and very helpful. She was prompt with her appointments, quotes and follow up with installations. The blind installers were also prompt and professional and I am more than happy to recommend Victory and Jane for your window furnishings needs.

The original sheers that were installed weren't up to scratch. When I spoke with Victory about this they were very very good. I was particularly impressed by Michael who was very professional and reasonable to deal with. The finished product is exactly what I was after. And all installed prior to Christmas ahead of the planned date. Very very happy.
