We bought 2m wide bifold doors last November and had the doors fitted independently. As the days got brighter (Feb/March) we noticed stains inside the glass only visible when the sun shines directly on the glass and it looks like it has rained inside. We spoke to Vibrant Doors when we noticed it then again in March and so on knowing that the doors were in guarantee. We have been going backwards and forwards trying to find a reasonable solution and they have blocked us every which way they can. Their final solution is that we pay to remove the glass, we pay for them to collect it and they will decide whether the fault is with us or with them. Meanwhile they expect us to leave a 2m gap/hole in the back of our house until they decide. They told us that this is the ONLY solution. How would this be a solution for anybody? So what about the guarantee? Obviously not worth the paper it’s written on!! We have spent £4000 on doors with these people. Their customer service is unhelpful, disrespectful and above all impossible

It was easy to complete the order, the website showed when the doors were back in stock which I found to be an indication that Vibrant Doors cared for their customers. The communication about the delivery was great and the courier contacted me the prior to arrival and asked for a reply to ensure i have received the message. The courier arrived with the time slot and was pleasant and courteous, when asked where the door fitments were he advising ring Vibrant doors. Disappointed that there was no mention on fitments being delayed and once then Vibrant door knew the door were being dispatched surely, they would have sent the door fitment. this delay causes us to purchase door fitments elsewhere as the joiner was arriving on the Monday. The fitments arrived just as the joiner was fitting up the last door. Give Vibrant door created it did say next day deliver on the parcel which in my opinion should have been Thursday or Friday, the did have another label underneath with my name on, should it have been posted earlier, who doors. All in all not a bad service but on my experience, they could have done better.

The doors look amazing, not fitted yet but look quality. They where delivered on time and free delivery. I ordered 7, 2 with glass which are everything and more than we expected.

I have bought the Mexicano internal doors from Vibrant before and have recently purchased more. These doors are excellent quality and look great. Delivery was as specified and delivery men were very professional and helpful.

I had advice from Vibrant doors before I placed my order. Good advice. The ordering procedure was easy. Delivery was pretty quick. After sales assistant was good. The doors are of good quality. The one minor niggle I have is their instructions on how to put them together. I am sure they are perfect for an experienced carpenter. However I am an experienced DIY person. I struggled to decipher the drawings. Having said that I would still highly recommend the company and the doors.

Ordered 8 unfinished Climadoor internal oak doors across two orders. Both deliveries were received in a timely fashion and the doors are as expected. However - the second delivery I was suffering from Covid and when I tried to rearrange the delivery to protect their delivery drivers I was told I would have to pay delivery again to change the slot. Isn't it great to know the delivery company care so much about their employees so as to risk them catching covid/ rinse the end user of additional cash! Sadly I ordered two doors of the wrong size. That is entirely my fault but the doors are still in their original packaging and undamaged. The returns procedure is frankly ridiculous in this situation. Unless you notify them within 14 days of the delivery that you intend to return a product - you are stuck with the goods. In my case only one of the doors falls outside of that period and paying a courier to collect a single door is a significant chunk of money which could go towards the replacement door. I accept this is my problem to solve however, given the doors are in exactly the same condition in which they were received I would have thought having spent quite so much money with this company, that Vibrant Doors would be helpful to assist solving this. Sadly not - When I attempt to phone customer services/sales I am left on hold for so long that the call cuts out. And emails go unanswered. Now my only recourse is to try and sell the doors myself. Good Products - Terrible Customer Service and a very expensive error!

hello , please be warned you must accept delivery on the day and time they choose if you try to re arrange a suitable time they charge you again , I cancelled because i wasn’t going to be home they won’t refund in full still waiting had to chase 3 times

I live in the North of Scotland. Vibrant doors delivered my order within 7 days, bang on time and at a huge discount in comparison to a local supplier less than half a mile away !
