After ordering - then reading the reviews thought 🥴but had confirmation straight away - and was contacted a week later to arrange delivery by txt - great service haven’t had the doors hung yet but will let you know the joiners verdict 👍
I purchased an exterior door last April and by October the veneer peeled off in several places in spite of 4 coats of paint before hanging. Very poor quality, I don't recommend these doors. My complaints have been ignored.

Very good and quick
Absolute Rubbish I reported the same issue with the glass as previous to which your reply was that the glass looked dirty. I further reported a very large scratch in one of the panes of glass, this not being the main issue. As before you have been invited to come and see the glass for yourselves but you do not provide that service as you have stated many times! We are not asking for the glass to be replaced because there is a scratch in it, this is the very same complaint of dirt inside the glass units. Do not try to disguise this fact with rubbish about a scratch. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace
Very reliable and punctual company
The part glazed, part solid oak doors were as expected, thank you. Being solid oak it was possible to adjust to 1980s original doorframes. A difficulty is that the polythene covering the glazed part cannot be fully removed. Trying to not look at the edges, ggrrhh The doors are well designed and beautifully made, professional carpenter very impressed too and will use your company

Wow well the bad reviews are exactly what I'm experiencing via Katherine customer service manager. Incorrect handles received, incorrect colour handles received and missing hinge. X2 doors not fully primed and dented but primed over. Told frosted cover is so I could inspect which you cannot see through. Bad customer service but I'm sure will settle the £840 order in court. She has tried to place all of the above blame on myself like I work in the 3rd party factory..... Joke
Wrong door delivered and then blamed their third party XL joinery. It may well have been their fault but seeing as I bought the door from Vibrant doors, an apology would have been appreciated. However I have since received an apology, which I accept and the person I immediately spoke to was helpful to be fair.

Absolutely shocking customer service very rude, ordered doors was told they came with a frame for them to arrive with no frame to now be told I need to pay for a frame when I have proof of them telling me it comes with a frame. Now to be told it’s my fault?! The lady on the phone was extremely rude trying to blame the problem on me
