Doors were delivered on time and we did have slight issues with the wrong handle being sent but this was rectified immediately

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered 'in-stock' doors on January 17th. After nearly two weeks of silence, I reached out to check on the status of my order and was told the supplier would contact me in the "next couple of days" to arrange delivery. They didn't. When I chased again, I was told there was no update. As a result, I responded to cancel the order on February 3rd due to urgency and ordered doors from elsewhere. Two days later, they came back stating that part of the order was shipped (without any prior notification and in spite of the fact that I had cancelled the order prior to delivery) and that I would need to take it up with the courier (who I had no details for). Now, nearly a month after cancelling this order, I still have unwanted doors sitting in my living room taking up a huge amount of space, no refund, and an endless string of unhelpful emails with no solutions or ownership from the company. They're a pointless middleman with no control over stock, deliveries, or returns. They serve no purpose and should not be in business. Do not buy from them - you will regret it.

Delivered doors as scheduled even though the weather was bad. I returned one door due to me miss measuring and was credited the next.

Ordered four (Deanta) internal doors - they were delivered quickly, well packaged and excellent quality at a good price. Would definitely use Vibrant Doors again.

Beautiful doors, fabulous service regarding delivery, only disappointment was that one of the windows has a long scratch in.

We ordered & received an Oak Shaker 1 Light - Prefinished Clear Internal Door from Vibrant Doors. The door was despatched promptly and arrived on 03/12/24. It was fitted in the hallway and allowed light into an otherwise gloomy hallway. However once hung it was apparent that the glass in the door was NOT embossed by the British Standard glass safety marking as required for ALL glazing in domestic and commercial settings. Safety glass is a legal requirement in the UK, specifically in designated "critical locations" like doors, door side panels, and low-level glazing within 800mm from the floor, as outlined by the Building Regulations to protect people from injury due to impact with glass; it is mandatory to install safety glass in these areas. When we queried this omission with Vibrant Doors they provided a copy of a document stating the glass they use complies with Chinese safety standards. This may be fine for China but I don't see how it can be sufficient for the UK market if BS safety markings are a mandatory requirement. I do not think this is a satisfactory product as I fear it could cause injury if the glass was broken and did not shatter safely. I would NOT recommend this door or buy a glass door from this company again unless the glass was BS safety marked.

Absolutely appalling service would NOT recommend to anyone. We ordered 7 x doors on the 9th January and was advised 2 x doors out of stock but due delivery on the 13th Jan. We have since been fobbed off until 20th Feb and still no doors. The doors were delivered to the courier on the 6th Feb, but apparently the new courier couldn’t cope with larger orders so sent to another courier. Total lack of communication. Vibrant confirmed that our doors would be delivered on various days, we waited in but they never arrived. Currently they are unable to provide a delivery date although the doors are at the courier, I have no faith in what they are saying anymore and are planning to go down the legal route.

Terrible after sales!! Ordered 4 oak doors, delivered with no protection package and a damaged door!! After multiple calls about a replacement door and every phone conversation saying a new door is getting sent out nothing as come!!

I had a few weird opening sizes which aren’t suited for standard doors, so I rang up and spoke to the very helpful Elliot who listened to what I had to say and helped me out, he then placed the order for me over the phone, he was very nice and his advice was great!
