Exceptional Service today from Verofy and especially Joanne Healey, Joanne called me ten days ago to offer support at my request, but unfortunately i was incapacitated, but when i rang back yesterday Joanne recognized my voice and continued in a friendly professional manner to give support and Excellent service - Thankyou Verofy well done.

Awful slow machine

Very happy with Verofy so far. Any minor teething issues have been sorted quickly and professionally by Faz, who has followed things through and ensured that all is sorted. We always hate change but more that happy with the decision to move.

Went out of their way to get my machine to me on a Saturday even though not standard, followed up with a welcome call Monday to check all arrived ok. I have had a great experience with Verofy. The terminal arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. The support team has been excellent, especially Kieran, who was very helpful with my queries. The terminal works reliably, and overall, I'm very satisfied!

John took me through the various payment products and rates and showed me the savings I could expect against my previous provider, it was an extremely simple process and easy for me to understand. A couple of days later I had my new Verofy terminal and a welcome call from Kieran who checked in to see that all was working as expected. Really great experience and hassle free, highly recommend.
