Useless! Ordered work trousers on express delivery (2-3 days). A week later I rang to see where the order was, to be told they were out of stock. No email to tell me this. How long would they of held my money? I had to call to get a refund. Not worth the 1 star but can't give less.
Good quality work trousers at a reasonable price. Nice fit. Pockets are adequate for coins and keys but not tools.

Ordered a jacket on the 28th of November. Never got a dispatch email. Rang up after a week to be told they would send it out that day. Three more days later I have to ring up again to be told they'll look into it. Then I just get an email saying I've been refunded. Absolutely useless and they lied to me multiple times during the whole process.

Absolutely mint, someone’s either spent time on a site or thought about it a lot because these tick every box, so comfy and light, loads of pockets,some removable even a little hidden cardholder. Put it this way I won’t be buying Dewalt anymore. swift delivery and would definitely buy from here again.
Very good jacket
Ordered 2xl but needed to return it for an xl , however within a day the price went from £28 to £48 so they expect me to take a refund for £28 then expect me to re order and pay £48 for exactly the same item just 1 size smaller, time to shop elsewhere not impressed
Great product well described. Good price and great delivery service used. The coat is fully waterproof in my opinion, it is windproof and warm enough for basic cold weather.
