Excellent service & delivery time. Good choice of products to suit a vegan diet. The only quibble would be for the packaging to be 100% compostable & not just biodegradable - 10 years is far to long in the plastic pollution crisis. Perhaps a returns scheme would be better?
I have ordered B12 supplement from Vegetology few times. The last time somehow the courier couldn't deliver my order and it took sometime to finally deliver. I contacted Vegetology customer service as the courier tracking link wasn't updating, they replied promptly and dispatched a new order since the original seemed to have been lost. I then received both orders at the same time and Vegetology gifted me the extra one. Thank you!
Too early to see the benefits of taking the omega 3, but I looked in depth to find the best value for the amount of DHA & EPA, and this was clear the winner. I love the discount that's offered for bulk buying too. Delivery was quick and well packaged. I will be buying more.

I have really felt a difference since I started taking these vitamins, I was lacking something in my diet and I really think these have helped me. I sleep better, which makes me less tired during the day and I have definitely felt an improvement with my bones.
Great products and great customer service! My dietitian recommended for me to get Vitamin D and B12 from Vegetology but at the time I was abroad and ordering for a EU country. I had issues with Customs in that country losing my order, for about 3 weeks no one knew where these were. I contacted the post services from said country, they were useless. Couldn't reach Customs, so I sent an email to Vegetology explaining the situation and asking for a refund. This whole situation was very distressing because I urgently needed those vitamins as I have a deficiency as per my last blood test. They were absolutely brilliant, empathetic and helpful! Vegetology gave me a refund and once I arrived in the UK I ordered again and everything went nice and smooth. I highly recommend Vegetology!

Reliable supply of algal oil for Omega 3 DHA and EPA without exploiting fish or their ecosystems. Expensive, but I understand the process is still relatively inefficient and it's a limited market yet. Good discounts to be had if you buy enough to qualify for two offers. Doesn't smell and no ill effects.
