As far as functionality for the price, there is nothing better. We are a mid-sized theater (270 seats), so it was hard to find a ticketing solution that wasn't outrageously expensive and designed for theaters five times our size. They are still a work in progress, so you will encounter bugs. But the support team is very helpful and responsive!

CEPA just launched the VBO platform, but I'm already hearing great things from customers about their experiences. On our end, the sales and support staff have been extremely attentive and patient as we transitioned to their system.

Very full featured ticketing system and very reasonably priced. Besides all the truly outstanding aspects they have built into their software, the support staff is extremely approachable and ready to help with even the smallest issues.

The service we get from VBO is virtually unlimited. They have custom designed programs that allow us to track and serve our membership in ways we never thought possible. If there are problems, their response is super fast with those wonderful videos that tell you just what do to.

VBO isn't a ready-out-of-the-box experience. But, it will serve you well. Like anything, you get out what you invest in. Their customer service is amazing.

Pros: Customer Service Coding Knowledge Wide Variety of products Cloud based Easy to get a hold of Flexible All in One ticketing (CRM, POS, Assigned and General Seating, Reporting, data tracking, discounts, donations, merchandise and more!) Cons: None. Overall: First off, the company's customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were understanding and worked really hard to get that project done within the day! Their customer base is small so they spend time with every customer creating a customized approach to ticketing. Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use. Everything you need is all in this system. With the new mobile app, desktop and cloud services, this is an awesome product!
