Very happy with the quality of the products and not so much with the delivery. When giving a 12 hour timeframe w/o any possibility of real time tracking just dropping everything in front of the house with no contact whatsoever is not a good ideea.
Delivery driver was great very pleasant and helpful. The bitumen corrugated roofing sheets are excellent. The only downfall was they weren’t delivered in the specified delivery times
More info about fitting this product at purchase would have saved some problems during fitting.

Similar issues with delivery ,no item tracking ,no update on delivery, items worth alot money left on front of house, after complaint email send received phone call and the person was,very rude about complaint, unprofessional service ,not caring and I'm disappointed but I can see now its not just me who had this problem .

The delivery arrived. The Drivers would not even take the goods off the truck because they were damaged. There was no packing around them at all they were plastic roofing sheet. company rang this morning and said they woudl resend and I would get them Wednesday.
I have used various companies over the past few years for polycarbonate sheets etc, I have to say this company is by far and away the best! I have ordered stuff for 2 jobs in the last month and both were delivered when they said they would be and both orders had ZERO issues. Such a pleasant surprise.
