Good choice of sizes at a competitive price, the delivery drivers communication was out standing so we knew exactly what time he would arrive. Everything was Securely packed and in tacked.
The product is first class however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I live in a mid terrace house so all deliveries have to be accepted in person or left on the public highway. This quickly became a logistical nightmare as they could not give me a delivery date and ended up giving me 3 hours to get home from work which was completely unreasonable. This delivery was cancelled and I was guaranteed a delivery for same day the following week so I could book time off work. It promptly arrived a day early and was left on the public highway and I had wasted a days leave. extremely unprofessional

The service and ease of ordering was great, payment easy and confirmation email good but what would of made it fantastic would have been continued info about the delivery date and time as not everyone can be home all day every day or have good neighbours!! I needed to get things in place for a delivery date and time so my merchandise was not taken once delivered, so better communication would have been fantastic.

Purchase twice from this company. Fast delivery, good communication,product as described. Only thing is that the 2nd delivery was left on our drive without knocking on the door. It could easily get stolen if we didn't spot it fast enough.
Every was great except the delivery time. All I got was that standard delivery was 3-10 working days. I expected some sort of contact to advise that the order had shipped so I could make sure I was at the delivery address as i was not permanently living there. Even though I emailed to find out when it was being shipped I got no response. Luckily I was on site when the delivery was made.
