Pleased to get masks but getting them loose meant I didnt know how or when they were last handled. So I left them for 48 hours before using 1st one. Maybe medical people and carers should be made aware you have a supply as a priority customer?

Had a phone call to say my order had been forgotten about which is ok but there was no urgency at all after the phone call. I am Now on day 10 no ecig liquid, no coils and waiting around too see if today's the day they may be delivered

Great prompt reply to email, really helpful guy phoned me apologising for delay even though when they gave me the tracking number they had dispatched my products on time and it was a Royal Mail delay.

Order no. 28840 Waiting on a response to my damaged item! Had an email asking what is wrong and nothing since! Come on guys this is ridiculous. Edit: took far too long for a reply and I now have my money back. Thanks very much for the waste of time!

Made an order to Paris where I was visiting. Placed Order Monday morning it arrived the following Monday,were I had left the hotel Sunday. My order didnt arrive in time and I had left! They should have International courier service made available instead of the unreliable domestic mail service!

I am dissgusted :( My order is from Dec, 2nd 2019, they’ve send me Tracking no. Dec, 20th, but, according to tracking info, they still didn’t dispatch the package. I've try to contact them by mail, by FB message, but nobody reply. I think, this is not very honest...

Order a week ago today. Still haven’t received my goods. I reached out and Mike promised me they would be sent out yesterday(monday) after giving me some speil about how hard its been for them and they are back up and running. Being the reasonable person i am i believed them and gave them a chance. So Monday came still no dispatch email and still saying unfulfilled on my account. Emailed yesterday evening and facebook message nothing. Now turns out that they’ve blocked my email (stopped getting the automatic email, but got the auto email when sending off my other email address which has now also been blocked). Also my fb messages are no longer sending. Cannot get through on the phone, blocked on email and fb so effectively they have over £120 of my money and i have nothing. Pretty much theft if you ask me. I raised a case with paypal to get their attention at first but now this has happened looks like i will be escalating much much further. Used to order off vape cloud alot. My 6 monthly supply has now run out and i order again to have to deal with this! Absolutely disgusting attitude from them! Now have to go and spend another £100 odd as an alternative. So ill be over £200 down. I want a refund immediately! Do not buy from these guys if you actually want to get what you ordered.

I ordered my goods weeks ago and have been in contact with the shop to see where my goods are. I got one reply saying they would look into this. I ordered over £50 worth of goods that I didn’t receive and would like to know where they are. I understand they may have been closed over the Christmas period but I would like an explanation as to where my items are. I’ve never used this site to order my goods and don’t think I will again
