Brilliant service. Quote, all communication, delivery and completion of works were all seamless. The job wasn't straightforward but the guys just dealt with it and the end result was perfect. The guys on site were friendly, polite, super tidy and generally top notch. I am often nervous of inadvertently ending up with rogue tradesmen but this couldn't have been a better experience. Recently moved house and as I was downsizing space was at a premium. Utiloft responded quickly to my enquiry. The surveyor was professional and very creative in terms of what could be done. We settled for a combination of flooring and shelving. The quote was not the cheapest but they were able to carry out the installation within a week which was important to me. The work was completed the day before we moved in. Having the loft space was a game changer in terms of making the move a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. The guys did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend

From initial contact to the completion of loft boards and shelving being fitted, the experience has been excellent. Highly professional work carried out, from the carpets being protected prior to any cutting to the installation of loft boards and shelving to the strip light being installed. Any issues was discussed up front. Highly recommended.

I am delighted with the way my loft turned out. Chris and the team arrived on time each day and worked quickly and efficiently. They protected my carpet from foot traffic which was so important due to the snowy weather! Most importantly they were understanding as I hadn't managed to empty the loft fully due to injury. That meant a lot and they took all the rubbish away. The new loft hatch and ladder look so smart. Would highly recommend these clever lads :)

Just had a great experience with the uti loft team . Very quick survey , lump sum price provided and loft and shelving installed . Most importantly whilst the installation was going on there was minimal disruption to the house and no , I repeat, no mess. What was installed was exactly what I expected . I cannot thank them enough for doing such a professional job, from free estimate to completion the whole process was seamless. They listened to what we wanted, installed a new larger safer hatch and ladder. It was done in good time, clean and tidy and the engineer was a real pleasure.
