Very sturdy product. One of the end connectors did not have the grub screw hole drilled out, so I contacted the sale department and I received a new one the following day, no fuss, no quibble. perfect.

Highly recommended. Great product, very study and good looking. Arrived quickly and compactly packed (so compact I thought only part of the order had arrived). A genius solution- can’t believe I ever struggled with bulky clothes rails when these wall mounted ones are so simple and discreet. Screws not supplied which is a shame. Worth getting some decent ones which go with the Chrome.

The product was excellent. Really good quality and easy to put together. Didn't need the castors so not sure how well they work. The communication from the seller was excellent. Only lost one star due to dhl delivery - wasn't going to be in so re routed to parcelshop as offered in email. Parcelshop didn't accept large item yet dhl tried x 5 before I rang dhl and asked them to keep at the depot for me to collect. Package was really battered. Luckliy the item was sturdy or it would not have survived!
Very pleased with my clothes rail and cover. Only problem was, I couldn't fathom how to make the castors fix on. I'm sure there must be a simple explanation! and I will phone for advice.
