It would be five stars but if I order a small item that cost less than $20 or an item well above $100 the shipping is still the same too much for small items I suppose maybe for larger items it might be all right.

Was not impressed with the extractor super low suction water never gets hot just barely warm very disappointed with product been trying to get ahold of someone for days now and seems like they just robbed me for $690
There was no update on the product shipping even though I believe an email was to be sent within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. I called customer support and left a message asking them to update me. After a day of waiting and concern I called again and spoke with a person who informed me that it was shipping out that day. Do not enjoy having to follow up multiple times on online orders just to know if they are shipped or not.
