Great compeny to deal with. Ordered from universal paving multiple times as their prices are always very competitive. Never had a problem and their products are great quality. Cant fault their customer service either, had to cancel a large order due a while back to an unexpected house move to which universal paving were completely understanding and waiverd their cancellation charge due to my circumstances. Absolutely cannot fault will always be using Universal Paving for any future work.
Excellent service & great quality product. I purchased half a crate of Kadaba Black sandstone setts last Thursday with paid Saturday delivery. They arrived on a crate bang on time & on using them a great quality of sett. The odd chip and break here and there but that is expected of the product and far less than the 10% you allow for. Will use Universal Paving again!
Delivered on time only downfall was I’ve only unpacked two crates and have had broken patio slabs on the end ones
DON’T ORDER My order was incomplete by 3 metres and I was also over charged! Customer service was excellent until I raised this with them and now they’ve gone silent on me and I can’t get a response!

Prompt sample delivery. However the sample wasn’t packed very well. Only is cellophane stuck with tape on both sides which could easily chip the tile from the edges.

The quality of the paving is really good. The consignment was also delivered on time although I had varying sized pallets and the delivery company didn't have the right sized lifting equipment for all pallets which proved to be a challenge upon delivery.
Pleases with the look of the paving slabs BUT 4 slabs were chipped or cracked when I received them. The pallet wasn't strong enough and broke under the weight when the battery truck was delivering the pallet

We ordered 140 sqm of Kandla Grey sawn sandstone and must say we are very pleased with quality of slabs. The price are very competitive and delivery arrived within 3 days.
The customer service at Universal Paving is top-notch. Their team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the selection process with care and patience.
The pits. Damaged slabs which turn up outside of the Express 48 hour window that you pay £30 for. Nobody answers the phone towards the end of the day. Extremely difficult replacement service which requires a million photos or an entire crate return but you can't repack it safely without a machine. The other reviews must be fake, do not waste your money here, go somewhere local you can eyeball the people and see the quality you are getting, this is not someone you should waste your money with as I know this will end up in court. There are 13 slabs like this in a pack of 30!
Ordered 2 crates of Kandla Grey 900x600 Indian sandstone slabs. They were the cheapest available on the internet. They arrived at the time promised with a lovely and helpful driver. The slabs were very well packed and in perfect condition with no damage. Over the moon with both the quality and service. The patio looks fantastic! Company does not present with good customer service, lacked flexibility re delivery - wanting to deliver slabs earlier than required and wanting £50+VAT per pallet if delivered to an address where someone could receive them as I was not available the following day which they had insisted for delivery. Eventually after much back and forth - they agreed day +1 but this required me to take day off work. When slabs arrived the driver was helpful but the second pallet had slabs not well secured and moveable. I will not use this company again.
