I used UPE service to transport my pet from Thailand to USA. Everything is super smooth and communication is top-notch. I especially express my gratitude for Joy, director aka our project manager. ! She is amazing, responsive and professional. (She was super responsive for my tons of questions starting from the journey till the end. ☺️) I am going to spread the words for their great service to my other friends. I referred her to my other friend and they brought their big sized Golden Retriever to USA in a few days! Service is quick and smooth!

The team here at United pet express looked after our pugs importation from Australia to Thailand, and they did a fantastic job. A last minute change was easy enough for them to deal with and they ended up dropping off the dogs at our hotel in Bangkok. Great communication via WhatsApp along the way with photo updates as well. Great team and communication. Our 3 frenchies made it from Canada to Thailand with great love and care. They arrived safe and soundly and exactly when and how they said. This was my second time using United Pet. The first time, Joy and her team helped fly my two dogs from Yangon to Bangkok. When I needed to move them to London, she was the first person I contacted. I was worried because they’d never flown so long before, but Joy and her team made sure all the paperwork was in order and helped facilitate the latest check in possible at Bangkok so they didn’t need to be at the airport very early. Joy also arranged for a UK company to collect and deliver my dogs to my house. They arrived happy and healthy :)

Great communication about how to pick up our dog in BKK airport. Explained process and was quick to answer questions. Our dog was handed over at curb from an air conditioned van. Happy and looked good.
