Had solar battery 5kw and Solis inverter fitted to my existing system. Jason gave me good advice based on his experience. He tailored a system suit my needs. Importantly didn't advice have too big a battery for the system output. Also provided all the schematics, certs and insurance documents needed by the FIT licencees. The guys who fitted it did good job , tidy and explained the system and operation of the App Thanks.

Very professional service. The requested quote was well presented and in the right ball park. The advised starting date was stuck to, but most importantly, the job was completed as agreed with all wiring hidden and visible items like the 'harvi' devise neatly installed. I had confidence in this firm because they provided thoughtful feedback when I was specifying the battery system I wanted them to fit. Other firms had merely quoted a price without highlighting potential control problems. After further checking and then taking their advice onboard the control problems were avoided. The new battery modules were installed in a couple of hours without problems and are operating well. I would be very happy to use this firm's services again in the future.

After much research decided to look at installing solar and battery system. From the very first contact Jason was professional and super helpful. No sales pitch, just great advice! He came out promptly to undertake a detailed survey and it was quite clear he had the knowledge and expertise I was looking for. Jason provided an excellent service, completing the initial survey and advice remotely and suggesting a suitable EV charger (Ohme ePod in our case). Work on site was carried out efficiently and to the costs as per estimate, including additional work to ensure all services into the house were grounded. Etremely happy with service, charger works well on our new EV and we intend to contact Jason again for further work in future.

Well we started off getting a quote from a national company but so many compromises were given. These were from the size of the setup to it's location. We were not satisfied with this so found Underwoods via the Givenergy site. Contacted them and Jason came around very promptly. He put us at ease giving us a far larger setup which was just what we wanted and it the location we wanted. Scaffolding was put up whilst we were away and this was good. Installation day the panels were put up along with the bird netting and they did a cracking job with the weather being kind to them. Indoor work took place and a very neat and tidy installation was completed. Commissioning work was done and we were up and running in no time at all. Big thanks to all the team involved who were both friendly and knowledgeable about it all. We have no problems recommending them to anyone who is in need of any electrical work. Jason and the team always do a top job. I had solar PV and Givenergy All In One. Jason came back and added a Zappi. Then came back to install electrical connection for an air conditioning unit. Jason is always there to help or advise and this continues after sale.
