BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!!! First, I received a wrong item/order. Ask to speak to a supervisor, who appeared to be very insensitive to my disappointment with my order and offered no quick fix solution. I was told I would receive a partial refund and would have to WAIT for the correct order to be shipped. I was left with making other arrangements in order to feed my elderly dogs. Sometimes refunds are not “the answer”, I would have preferred to send back the wrong item and received an EXPRESS ORDER of the corrected item. 😐

Love the Dental Formula for their water fountain. No more stinky breath. Regretfully the probiotic sticks don't agree with my girls tummy. But the Probiotic Chews are fine.

Good afternoon, My dog is 1-1/2 years old. She is a very picky eater and we have tried over 7 top of the line dog foods for her and freshpet too. I just started her a few weeks ago on your Nutra Complete freezes dried raw beef and also tried the pork. She absolutely loves the beef a little better then the pork but she still it’s the pork. We only give her 1 cup a day for a 22lbs Dog. A 1/2 cup in the morning & a 1/2 cup at night is just right for her. She will not eat anymore then that. We also give her Nutra Thrive 1/2 scoop in the Morning & Night added to her food. Then afterwards she drinks about 4-6 oz of water and water throughout the whole day. We just started her back on Canine Radiance which really works for her (1) tablet. Awesome!!! All of your products that we have tried so far are simply Amazing!! Bravo! Thank You so much, we don’t have anymore worries with our baby girl eating. Well appreciated! 👍🏻😊

I love how this dog food is good for my dogs. They seem healthy move better. I truly believe this will extend my dogs lives. Love them both. My one eyed pug and three legged chewawa. Thanks for coming up with the best food ever!

This product is absolutely awesome. My dogs love it and I have notice a substantial difference in their fur, their activities and they don't have any scratching issues. Their breath is better and they seem to b more alert and active. What a great product!

My Morkie puppy wont eat anything when I bought her she was only 7 wks they gave me a bag of hard dog food I said do I wet it well I did she wouldn't eat I asked my vet he said science diet canned then mix dry with it the older she gets nope she won't t eat it I've try all kinds of dog food I have a tote full of puppy feed and I seen your add and well I thought try it so I did I wet it like it say nope she wont eat it but dry she eats it like no ones business when she's done she brings her bowl to me so I know she wants more Thank you for a great doggy food for my baby she loves the pork too

I have tried various so-called excellent and expensive dog food over the years for Kele, my dog. Ultimate Pet is the only one Kele, an English Springer Spaniel, eats, except my homemade dog food. Now, that is saying a ton! Kele licks her bowl clean when I feed her Ultimate Pet. Being able to feed Kele without cooking is a gift for me. I still prepared certain meats for Kele; however, now her main stape is Ultimate Pet. I trust this company is creating the finest quality organic dog food possible. And I pray that Ultimate Pet maintains its integrity.

I just started my dog Della on your food and she loves it. She can’t eat it fast enough and always cleans her bowl and she’s never done that before and we’ve tried several different brands of food since we’ve had her. She also loves the treats.

We have an older dog,9yo Hank, who has benefitted the most! He runs now, when he used to walk slowly to go outside. He now keeps up w/ his younger "brother", 2yo Tucker. Tucker used to not like to eat meals, even though we were feeding a very good brand of dogfood, purchased at a local pet store . They now both sit by, licking their chops, as I mix 1/2 old food w/ 1/2 of this freeze-dried raw. They LOVE it! Believe it will help them both live longer too. We utilize a ball in the middle of Hank's bowl to slow his eating down a bit, as he inhales it otherwise. Thank you for the wonderful food and products you sell!

Because of my old age I messed placing my regular order for Nutra Thrive and ended up with two orders. I called Customer Service and a very knowledgeable young later listened to what I had done. She promptly sent a refund request for the wrong order and carefully explained how it would work. I am happy because I have ordered this product for my dogs for years and am happy to use it still for my ten year old dogs!

I’m a fan of feeding my pups raw food and want only the best for them but also I like that the food has vitamins, nutrients etc. to give my pups health, vitality and god willing, “longevity “ my pups are so happy with this delicious food they lick the bowl clean every time

I can't believe how good my dog feels and how much energy she now has. She is much happier now and he tail wags all the time now.

Just started this program but I'm hopeful. Dog took to it right away. Cat not so much. I tried moving them up to the full dosage but it seems too much for them, I cut back to 1 scoop for a bit. The dog has stopped licking his feet and the cat has not vomited in a week!! Hopefully this formula will do all it says it will!!

I've been using Ultimate Pet for my two rescue chihuahuas since November 2021. At first, I used it as their sole daily food meals but adjusted it to a 50/50 topper with their regular dry food. I know this food option is expensive but when I think of it as an investment in their long-term health and wellness, I've concluded that it is a good investment for our family. If choosing a better quality food product prevents other health issues, then it's totally worth it. A visit to the vet is never cheap, even for general wellness exams. And, isn't it always the case, when your pup pup gets sick it's usually on a weekend or holiday when you have to pay a premium to get them into the vet - ugh. One thing that was a pleasant surprise to me is regular dry food has that "dog food" smell when you open the bag. Some smell worse than others. Every time I go to feed them Ultimate Pet, the whiff of the dog food is actually ok. It smells decent and always reminds me that I'm probably giving them something better than just their regular dry food, which has been sitting on the shelves for a while and has an expiration over 1 year from now. I hope this review helps. We are going on our 4th month and I just ordered another 6 bags. I will continue to gauge by their health if this is worth a forever commitment.

My dog is like a young dog again.

After struggling for years with my small mixed breed's finicky food behaviors, buying and returning every dry GF dog food on the market, we have finally found the perfect combination . . . Fresh Pet Dog foods and Nutra Thrive. I use half the recommended dose, mix with water, then add enrichments to it such as diced up Stella & Chewys food additives, a probiotic, freeze dried organ meat, and a small treat. She gobbles this down every meal before eating her bowl of Fresh Pet. And the awful drainage from her eyes, while it hasn't completely disappeared, it has cleared up significantly and no more offensive odor from the weeping eyes. Trifecta!
