I love the products. However, they are very expensive. Why I gave only a two star - your shipping is unreliable. There have been many times that my purchase has been days and weeks behind. Then I directed to use a notice: SORRY 15 on my next purchase. My dog was undergoing several surgeries since last December. I had to have him on a very limited diet for weeks. For awhile I had to make his food. When I notified your office that would have to return my order. I was told no problem- just take to shipper of my choice. I went to my local UPS office. I thought it would be a no cost return. Not so. It would have cost me $36. I got home and called your office and was told that shipping is covered. Kathryn Neeson

my dogs use to hm and ha iver food but nowit sisppears fast in fact I had to place a food seperator now

I always get what I order promptly. I am very satisfied with the service.

We ordered well in advance of needing the food, but always a notice of delay and then we run out of food! Frustrating to spend that kind of money for good food and then have to go spend more to tide us over until your delivery.

Honestly, love the dog food, I feel that it is excellent quality. I strongly dislike the website checkout process, as every time, I just want to buy food, I have to decline up to 6 -7 push marketing "offers" to add to order. One is understandable (even though I don't need and can't use any other products due to dog allergies), but repeat "offers" in one transaction seems pushy and irritating.

My 3 large kids( 2 Giant Malamutes and a Ridgeback mix) all love the Nutra Complete and the Nutra Bites. They never refuse either. I only wish they can in bigger bags.

Since using Nutra Thrive I notice my dogs coat is soft and smooth like she just came from the groomer.

Well it’s been a few months I mix with kibble he loves this food actually seen him licking the bowl he picks this food out first before most of the kibble than energy boost he seems to be doing good with this food no issues I would give 5 stars except for the price and smaller bag

Great product! Our dog loves this food. He’s eating more consistently and even picks out the pieces of the freeze dried raw topper to eat it first!
