Two months after placing order I was still waiting for delivery with no information from seller. When I contacted them to find out why, they explained that it was on backorder. It took another 1 1/2 months to receive.

The product came quickly and looks good on my desk!

The item was not marked clearly that the attachments were NOT included for the added set

The Versa File 9 Divider Organizer Plus was perfect for my desk. I am able to store all of my work binders and keep my desk clean and neat. I couldn't have ask for a better product.

This is the only place you kind find replacement Flip Chart tabs, they are sturdy replacements too :) I was just a little surprised at how long it took to get them considering I paid $12.95 for shipping and handling, it took 11 days from the date they confirmed shipment. Despite the slow shipping I am extremely happy that I was able to find these tabs and that they are exactly like the ones that come with the Flip Chart set. Great selection and quality of office supplies.

Ordered two desk references. One came in the wrong color. Requested a replacement a month ago and still did not receive an exchange.

We had an issue with a product that was sent from an alternate shipping site. I had a response within a half hour and new product on it's way in no time.

Because I only ordered add-on units, they called to verify that I had the base unit required for the add-ons to work with.

I absolutely love the set up...the Axcess arm with the information right at hand and the monitor arm that swivels. I should have had this 20 years ago to make my life easier. :-)

The product was up to my expectation. The assembly process was more than I expected. We had a great deal of difficulty with the screws not wanting to turn in, even with human strength and a power driver.

My experience was awesome! Everything easy to find and no hassles.

We ordered two of the desk and one wall organizers. They came very quickly and we were so excited to receive them! We absolutely LOVE them!!!

My item sent was damaged. I received this Friday evening and your office was closed. I did leave a message and I did get a return call on Monday. However, the tone of the message seemed stern - but setting that aside - I to my knowledge - never received another call regarding what to do. I did call back but with my schedule, I called after hours. I did not leave another message. I would love to find out how to get another item sent or replaced -due to the fact I am currently using the item damaged.

They were able to locate an item not show on the web site quickly from a photo I sent to the support desk. Very helpful
