Just made a call to Uk warranty and had the most awful and rude customer service advisor on the line. Very unhelpful and should not be working as a customer helpline.

Been a month and fridge freezer is still not working. You call up and they make you wait 2 weeks for a appointment what are we meant to do in the meanwhile. First time around they keep disconnecting the call on me. Raised a complaint no response and called now spoke to a extremely rude girl called Lisa who was dismissive of the whole situation and said she will disconnect the call because i raised my voice. She then disconnected the call. Very rude staff and very bad service !!!

I have been waiting 10 weeks for an oven repair. Every time I phone for an update the girls are lovely but they just say they will email the parts department. I never get an update, I wait a few weeks then phone again and the same thing happens. Over and over. There is no complaints department ( I’ve asked) and there’s no way of escalating or changing my Groundhog Day as they just say the manufacturer don’t answer the emails. Help me someone !

Still waiting How long are you going to keep fobbing me of I've waited 3 weeks so far for parts I call in today to only find out that the drum has been ordered today I don't pay warranty to have to wait 4 weeks if not longer for you to fix my machine

This company is disgusting never answers emails or calls please don’t use them! Been without a fridge/freezer for over two months now after it broke after two years. Paid extra for 5 years warranty. A engineer did come out eventually and said it was unrepairable and leaking gas! He said someone will be in contact to replace it. Still no contact been made. Can’t get through to them on the phone and left emails. I’m appalled. My toddler has allergies and had to have certain foods/milk which we haven’t been able to keep cold. We need a fridge/freezer asap and this company our not responding and not doing anything to help.

Appalling service regarding my washing machine. Booked for repair on 23/7 engineer was a no show after booking a days holiday - no communication. Then received a message stating that a new date for an engineer to arrive - 2/8 again no engineer arrived - no communication. Trying to phone is like pulling teeth as you just get a awful tone then whenever someone does answer they cut you off. Now the message states job complete - would like to know who by (maybe the fairy visited in the night without making a noise and waking the household up). Would not recommend this company if you paid me.

Keep getting passed from one department to another to get an extended warranty lodged. Never have I encountered such a diabolical company!

Worse experience ever, from start to finish. Made to wait 13 weeks for a cooker repair, eventually they offered a cash settlement. Service is awful. Never again. Everyone do your research before choosing this company.

Took out an additional 1 year warrenty on a hob. Very poor customer service and set up, takes far too long to action and speak to someone who can actually help. No courtesy return calls to keep the claim moving. Weekly calls to ensure a repalcement hob was actually being processed. When they say you will have a call in 48hrs or 72 hrs, those calls just don't come. Finally to top it off there is an admin charge if you want a repalcement that they don't offer. Even though the replacement the exact model of my current hob. This is not outlined in the terms and conditions and therefore unethical to make this charge and not make the customer aware in writing when they take out the policy. The policy was through Apelson and only knew about UK warranty once the claim is being made. Would never use again and advise if your reading this to avoid the company.

11 weeks without a fridge/ freezer. We had our first engineer visit 10 days after informing them. This was the first available appointment, when he arrived he seemed clueless and rang another engineer for advice. An appointment was made for 10 days later as that was the timescale for the part to arrive. Appointment was cancelled due to part not arriving. Further appointment arranged and on day of appointment as engineer hadn’t given me a time slot I messaged him and was told he wouldn’t be coming as he didn’t have the part. The office had been notified but had failed to contact me. Again another appointment was given and the engineer contacted me with a time slot he then rang me and said he would be there within 30 mins. 25 mins later he rang to say he wouldn’t be coming as he didn’t have the part!! I told him as he was only 5 minutes away I wanted him to visit to make sure the correct part was on order, turned out it wasn’t the right part. Further engineer visit and part was fitted but engineer couldn’t leave quick enough as fridge was still alarming and temperature light flashing. I rang the office and said enough was enough and I wanted a replacement and after lots of phone calls and being passed round even though I had escalated my complaint I was finally offered a replacement although not like for like. I told them I wasn’t going to accept either of the models offered and after further phone calls they finally agreed to what model I said I would accept. Managers are never available to speak to you with promises of them ringing you within 24 to 48 hours which doesn’t happen. I have spoken to quite a few staff Steph,Michaela,Kendal, Jade,Casey,Chloe,Chelsea,Natasha and Sharon who did try to help and I also spoke to Lisa who was unbelievably RUDE.Will not be dealing with this company again.

Washing machine was making noise. Engineer came out in a week. In a few moments he stated machine drum has broken. Excellent knowledge.! Week later , I called customer service was informed I will get a replacement washing machine for the same value! I was very impressed with the service! Since the last 6 weeks I made a call every day for an update and still not received my replacement washing machine! I raised 2 complaints! No response! Customer advisor point of contact excellent service but replacement team are useless and promise to call you back and till this day they haven’t contacted me! I am disgusted with the service and won’t recommend to anyone. 6 weeks without a washing machine!

Avoid this company if possible unprofessional unreliable taken over 2 months to deal with repair and then supposed replacement! Ive promised a call back 3 times and I'm still waiting staff have a bad attitude made me feel guilty to complain honestly spent so much unnecessary time chasing them also abandoned broken dyer and parts at my house which seems to now be my problem very frustrating if i could give a minus ratin I would

If I could give minus reviews I would. Passed from pillar to post without any resolution. No one takes responsibility. Had the misfortune to deal with this company over the last four months and my replacement cooker is still not forthcoming. If you want to increase your stress levels and make your mental health suffer then this is the company for you. If you’d rather deal with an efficient company who will deal with your issue with professionalism and curtesy then I suggest you don’t touch UK warranty with a barge pole. Shockingly bad service in this day and age! Aaaaaaarrrrrrrghghgh!!!!

Not to be trusted . Took out a policy . Never received any communication from them . They took money from my bank . After about 6-7 weeks of no communication I cancelled policy. They’re refusing to give me my money back .

Zero Stars.... really frustrating. I was past from pillar to post.. spent hours listening to awful "hold music" then a soon as you get through and say why you are calling.... they pass you onto the 'right department' ... in the process you are disconnect and have to start again. Or, if you do get through to the next operator and answer the first question you are immediately disconnected. It's a waste of time. Awful awful experience.

Seriously awful! Over 5 months it has taken for them to finally resolve my issue. Reported oven fault on January 4th (first open day since it died on 1st Jan). Engineer attended on January 20th. Put his head inside the oven, didn't check anything else, didn't listen to the fault details, used the loo and left after 4 mins. Said he needed to order a part. Part and engineer finally arrives on March 31st after a lot of chasing. Wrong part ordered! This engineer actually checks the oven, listens to my description and said that the oven needs different parts. He orders them on site. 2 weeks pass and they're telling me they are ordering parts which have already been ordered. Then another week and they are delayed. Then another week and there's more delay. I asked for three manager call backs, nothing. I put in a formal complaint, nothing. Finally mid April I'm told that the parts have not been ordered at all because they are too expensive and I should have been offered a replacement. It's not until the last week of April that this happens and even then they continually offer gas or ceramic despite my oven being induction. 56 phone calls, 3 manager call requests and 1 formal complaint and I never received a singe update, call or message from them. They make promises and then deliver nothing. I took out my warranty with Co-op not realising it was UK warranty and I wish I'd never bothered! Appalling customer service.
