UK ENIC is the designated United Kingdom national agency for the recognition and comparison of international qualifications and skills. We perform this official function on behalf of the UK Government. Operating under contract to the Department for Education (DfE), UK ENIC serves as the UK’s information point on the recognition of overseas qualifications. We also provide the only official source of information on international education systems and qualifications attained from outside the UK, as prescribed by the Lisbon Recognition Convention. They asked to upload few more documents, I uploaded the same and messaged them. They only saw the message extended another 11 days and asked me to upload the documents, they didn’t see that I have uploaded the documents itself.

I honestly think the service was outstanding. Clear and user friendly. Easy to pay. Ease to interact with. Finding the service was hard as no official government website mentions them, found it in a discussion thread on Facebook. Once I found them everything from there on was perfect!

My experience with this company is outrageous, at a time I nearly gave up, based on their demands. Later on, I discovered that it was one of their ways of been thorough and honest in their work. So based on this, I rate them highest with the 5th star because they do their work systematically to achieve their aim. They're reliable.

I think this is the only company that does this service for the uk so unfortunately we have no other options, but this company is literally garbage. My statement of comparability was supposed to take 15 days, but every couple weeks I kept getting asked to submit more documents. Id submit the extra documents thinking in two more weeks I’d finally be done, two-three weeks rolls by and I’m told my documents aren’t enough! This happened like four times so it ended up taking three months. Ridiculous!!!! Also why do e-statements cost extra? You’re making it on the computer, sending it on the computer, it doesn’t cost anything!? The live chat system is also complete rubbish. I was also told by some staff members that certain documents weren’t required, but when it came down to it I was told they are in fact required, and since I didn’t originally submit them, it’ll all take longer. Enic is the bane of my existence, and I sincerely hope this company goes under.
