Arrived on time, they were very hardworking and I’m pleased with the result. All the bamboo removed including the roots working around the plants I wanted to keep. All waste taken away and area left clean and tidy. Excellent job.

Had some clearance work done this past Monday. They were very quick and efficient, left the place tidy and even cut back a bush that was overhanging the pavement that wasn't on the job description. They were a little late, but very communicative about it and kept us up to date. Would recommend.

I recently hired Two Lions 11 Ltd to clean my back garden and take care of some very large trees. I was thoroughly impressed with their service! The guys did a fantastic job. Upon carrying out work advised sealant required replacing around the bath which they charged £65 additional labour for plus sealant and also decided to adjust the height of the bath. Proceeded to say bathroom was poor and the big guy jumped up and down in bath.Following day bath was leaking, prior to them attending there was no leak from the bath (this company seem to be calling me a liar when I say this). Contacted them and sent pictures of the issue. They proceeded to tell me that the leak was not because of them but they could charge me more money to come and fix it. They did not come out and look at the leak to see what the cause was and it if was anything to do with their work. The company do not believe adjusting that bath height (with pipes attached) or being quite rough with the existing features can cause damage to existing connections causing a leak. They want to say that either the leak was already or that it would have happened anyway. They are not happy that I have given a negative review and have offered to come out for £70 to look at the issue. It seems like they just want to make more and more money out of people. UPDATE Unfortunately trust pilot does not allow replies to replies so I updated origin post. I am extremely disappointed the level that this company and stooped to try and get a negative review removed. The guys who attended were very friendly and polite but it is concerning to see someone jumping up and down in your bath tub considering the bath was working and now is leaking is ofcourse cause for alarm. I did say they could come out however was unavailable today at which the response was I would be charged £70 for them to come out. I will not be bullied by a company to remove a negative review when I have had a bad experience.
