Reece who visited us was so helpful, completed a very tidy service and also gave some great advice on our guarantee with Worcester. Charlie called us the next day to follow up on the advice too and made sure we were doing the right thing, top lads and top service.

Professional and reliable. I had booked a service but then an issue cropped up. Reece identified issue and then came back a few days later to fix. Was quick and efficient and kept me informed. Didn’t leave a mess either. Price was reasonable. As I’ve sold my house they didn’t push a service plan on me which was refreshing. Would recommend and use again.

I needed a service on my four year old gas boiler and a guy rang me from Bury heating to remind me that it was due for a service, we arranged a date and a time to suit him, and i was ready for him on the day, and he failed to turn up no message no call, so i rang the guy that installed it four years ago, and arranged a date and time, and he failed to show up, i rang him again and arranged another day and he didnt show up again, so i found Twinsunheating on line, arranged a date and they gave me a time window and even the guys name and a picture of who would be doing the job.. Reece showed up on time did the job smoothly with no problems filled in my paperwork for the garantee and i paid him in cash, i will certainly be in touch next year when it is due again, Thanx very much for a job well done and for keeping me up to date with messages and phone calls. I have used TwinSun previously and I have always found them to be a reliable company. My latest call out was to diagnose a problem with the boiler. Andy came at the end of a day of other jobs and managed to sort the problem out with no fuss. Excellent company. I would recommend them for any central heating related jobs. Called TwinSun to replace the heat plate, which was no longer working. The engineer, Reece, identified the problem and that it was a significantly bigger issue than first advised by a different engineer. The job took two days to complete and required additional parts, but we were able to agree a new price that I considered good value for money. Throughout the job, Reece, was conscientious and quietly got on with the job. Would definitely use them again
