I filled in the detail of the computer and what was wrong with it. ( broken screen ), now that I think about it I should have just used my home and contents insurance and paid the $600 excess and gotten a new MBP. Anyhow, I’ve received the pre paid bag to send it to Tutez and all I’ve got to do is send it and fill in my bank details so I can get paid the amount agreed on.

Great service, quick and easy process. I dropped my items off on a Tuesday after work, had payment in my account by Wednesday afternoon.
According to the details I filled out it was all accurate regarding the state of the phone. But upon assessment after over a month of waiting, the estimate was far lower as there were issues which couldn't be given by the few options before sending the device. While I understand the reasons for the price I was given I find it a little unfair that I couldn't have had a more realistic price before sending the device.
