Prompt delivery but the Lachesis, a Helios product, was not in the box as shown, it was loose, the top had come off and some pillules were loose, so tainted/spoilt, makes me suspect it is not new, so please enclose safely in the box and make sure the lid cannot come off. I ordered an item, which was on sale and paid £59. Two days later received an email it was out of stock, then another one, they were trying to find the item. Two weeks passed and when I asked about the new delivery date, I was told 14 April. They didn't communicate, it was always me chasing them. On 14 April they admitted they didn't have the item and when I asked for a refund they cancelled the order with the promise to refund the money. On 19 April, a month after I ordered and paid, I don't have my order neither the money is refunded to me.

Exemplary customer service. I tried to place an online order (on a Sunday) but unfortunately couldn't get to the payment page due to a system error. I decided to leave a message on their answer phone assuming it would be picked up on Monday. I got a phone call within about 15 minutes of leaving the message saying they knew they had a problem and were sorting it. They took my order over the phone there and then and emailed me a payment receipt - all on a Sunday afternoon. And the products arrived Tuesday morning - less than 2 days later. Brilliant service.
