Time saving ! At this time of receipts for tax purposes, no problem with tuio. The system is doing all the calculations and easy for me to just click send and all the clients receive their receipts. It'd have taken me days to complete receipts for all my over100 clients!

I love Tuio! It is very easy to use and has helped me save a lot of time in the area of administrative work. They are quick to respond and help whenever we reach out. Parents can access their own accounts to see what payments they have made and can update their own payment forms when needed. Administratively, we can easily check what payments are missing or if any payments have come back as NSF.

The system has certainly reduced the time it takes for parents to enroll; however, it seems that the billing is either not set up properly on our end or it is the way it is. We previously used to put through the charges ourselves and we had that control. Now, parents have the onus on deciding when to pay. This way, my admin has increased. Again, it may just be that we have set it up incorrectly
