Best Hammock ever!
Very happy with the product. My first hammock to be honest but it’s lovely and comfy and seems well made. There was a small stitching defect I contacted them about just to say if it got worse I would want them to know it wasn’t me that caused it and I was immediately offered a discount on the purchase. Really nice customer service.
Very quick delivery. Ordered 15-05 and delivered 20-5 in Portugal. When I place an order at a company in Portugal it takes between 7 days and 3 weeks. The hammock is from very good quality and the colors are exactly like the picture on internet. I am very happy with this company.
Adquiri a Rede familiar Pure Nature, que foi enviada e chegou rapidamente. A rede tem muita qualidade, o tecido é bastante resistente e é muito espaçosa. Estou muito satisfeita e feliz com a rede.

Goede bereikbaarheid, snelle verzending en goede retourpolicy. Minpunt is dat de bevestigingsmaterialen bij ontvangst bleken te zijn gemaakt van van verzinkt staal ipv RVS. Op de website staat enkel “metaal”. Maar daadoor zijn ze niet geschikt voor toepassing met eikenhout en andere looizuur houdende (hard)hout soorten. Dus we hebben nog geen oplossing hoe we de hangmat nu aan onze eiken pergola gaan maken. Jammer want tropilex denkt verder niet mee hoe we dit kunnen oplossen. “Helaas!” is de reactie.
