I ordered quite a few medals for an event on behalf of 23 hosts. They were very helpful via email with a few questions. And there was a slight human error problem for my order but it was corrected in less than 24 hours which gives me faiths to definitely use them again. Great products and reasonably priced on comparison to other companies.
the medals themselves are fine no problem with them ,its the ribbon which looks cheap and nasty ,chose the welsh emblem wished we had just picked a plain colour
