Salver is very good quality- better than expected. It arrived as stated, although the delivery charged for it to be sent to Northern Ireland was quite expensive.

The trophies are good and arrived very quickly, however the engraving is very light and difficult to read unless held at the appropriate angle. Also, 15 minutes after I received an email request for my rating of my experience of the company order, I received another email informing me of a 20% discount off every thing on their site - not, I thought, very good timing as I now realise that if I'd waited a few days I would have received a 20% discount!! Why not let me know when I placed the order that it would be sensible to wait?

Good job. Better quality than i was expecting. Slight delay as pallet was left behind but they called me to inform and made sure that a timely delivery was made the next day. A couple of the name plates weren't stuck down that well but once replaced and pressed, they were OK.
