Products are great for my hair. I'd really like to move to their shampoo permanently but considering I recently ordered a few items on one order but had to wait another week or so just for the shampoo to come as it was in the USA, I don't think I'll be able to use the product more than once due to the wait time.

Great product, great after sales care. The only thing that marred the buying process was the courier who clearly couldn't care less, so well done Tribal Chimp for sorting out the problem.

The customer service rep I worked with was very helpful. We ended up having to go back and forth a few times to get my order to process properly, and they kept it easy and pleasant.

This stuff really is like magic! I’ve tried using some pastes and pomades to style my slightly longer than mid length hair, and hated the entire process including the look. I just wasn’t ever able to keep it out of my face in a way that I liked long enough without using a bucket’s worth of product. I would usually end up wearing a hat rather than attempt to style my hair. I am amazed at the ease to create my look with Tribal Chimp. Sprinkle it on , comb it around with my fingers, and voila! Miraculously my hair looks like it has body and volume, matched by a longevity of hold throughout the ENTIRE day, while it still moves and is not set in stone. You really can reshape, and restyle throughout the day. I can’t imagine ever using a different t product for my hair ever again, although I might have to try out the Tribal Chilp sea salt spray just to see what it is all about.

Bought to try, since see all the ad for the product. It does not do as the ad shows. Compared with other hair powder it would be last in line. Won’t purchase again.

It was not easy navigating the website, I was looking for the comb, but I could not find it until it was offered at checkout.

the powder form is really easier to use and leave a natural and matt finish look to the hair. important thing is that at the end of the day, washing away is a breeze.

The product does absolutely nothing to hold your hair & the customer service responses are all automated responses.
