I’ve been using TrentaHost. for their VPS services, and I have to say, the network provided by CERA is quite good, and their pricing is reasonable. However, I’m really frustrated by the extremely slow ticket response times. I’ve never experienced an IDC that takes 1-2 months to respond to a support ticket. This makes me feel disrespected as a customer.

Recent upgrades and server consolidation has seen better performance in terms of speed and availability. There are still room for improvement for providing better resources for WordPress users since the requirements for basic website has increased, especially with additional essential plugins.

trentahost is a #1 SCAMMER! i bought a vps didn't even last 1 day they said they ran into a spike somehow! to be honest on the first day when i had the vps i t was super slow lagg! they said they will refund me i have herd nothing since then! We can process you a refund and you could perhaps try a Dedicated Server -- it's the same but just with Dedicated resources, may benefit you more with running a game server. absolutely terrible customer support & services , my dedicated server has been having issues for almost a week since i purchase it and the support team takes about 3-4 days to reply to your first message 0/10 do not recommend this hosting provider any more it's gone very very downhill , Will be going with evoxt next time i purchase a dedicated server or vps or webhosting

Been in the web development business for 30+ years and have used all the major hosting services out there, and by far TrentaHost gives me the most bang for the buck, top-notch security features, up-to-date cpanel services, plus very fast servers. All this topped off by super-immediate, responsive tech support, always a discord chat away, and all of this at very affordable pricing, which is savings I can transfer to my clients as well.

I found about these guys during the days of rsps (if you know you know) and they had like $1.99/mo deals going way back. Customer service is usually ticket only but they will absolutely respond within a day at minimum if not in an hour or so. These guys have been on point from bottom of the barrel pre-built shared web hosting to serious dedicated servers for experienced devs. They have rightfully earned a lifelong customer of over a decade and counting. 15/10 with rice
