Rings and chain were made of high quality material, rings were too big (my fault) and they made returns easy by personally walking through the steps and answering questions. Shipping was fast too.

I bought a leather bangle style bracelet for my partner for fathers Day. The quality of the product was very good. What I was unhappy about was the delivery,the website stated that it was 3-6 working days so I allowed 8 working days to have it before father's Day but it never arrived until the 11th day and so I didn't have it to give on father's Day. Also it arrived with just a tag on it, a little bag of box would be nice to be able to give as a gift.

I've ordered a wooden watch box as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. Unfortunately my order was not shipped on the date it was supposed to which made it to be late for the occasion. The customer service was really kind regarding my concern emails and apologized for the late shipment of my order. Besides that the item is very sturdy and is a good quality. It came very well packed which is a good point. I liked the watch box very much and hope my boyfriend likes it as well.

The below was an obvious anomaly and they sorted it out really efficiently and helpfully - superb: Prompt delivery, two out of three products perfect, but the sunglasses - which look good - distort so badly they could actually be dangerous (for driving, etc). So… not great, sadly.
