There's a lot of good quality trendy products that I've ordered from Trendhim. They've always kept me updated about my orders and send nice messages emails to me which makes my experience even better. Also usually get my oder in a couple of working days which is great and always look forward to receiving my new items. Presented well also in nice packaging. I highly recommend Trendhim to any man that's into style and fashion and good quality products at reasonable prices.

I contacted the CS team when my order had not been delivered after a week. I got an immediate response with a plan in place to send a new order if the original one was not delivered in the next few days. A new order was sent with out me having to contact the CS team again about it. Excellent response to my email and superb follow up service.

Bought my boyfriend a chain. When the chain came it was knotted and tangled, it took me a good few minutes to get it untangled then all of a sudden it breaks today out of no where. So disappointed with this brand. Their customer service is ridiculous. I now have to go out and buy him a new chain as it was a present. The company still won’t give me a refund even tho the chain is broken which is their fault. Won’t be buying from here ever again.

Ordered an engraved necklace for my fella before Christmas and some how ordered it twice. Emailed the same night about a refund and they got back to me straight away and refunded me one of the orders. It was the fastest refund I've ever gotten, back in my account the next day, lovely service too very kind of helpful. Got my order within the week as well I'm pretty sure. Definitely going to he ordering from these again.

Perfect deal

I'm normally not a fan of getting random business emails clogging my inbox, but Trendhim regularly provides good offers on (great quality) products via email, in addition to info about the company itself. From what I've seen, they genuinely care about the customer and employees and come across as a transparent, passionately-run business. I ordered a ring a while ago which was too big. The process for return and exchange for a smaller size was free and simple.

What a Company to deal with. Received my order all the way from Denmark in 24 hours using DHL express service.
