Efficient service with great customer service. I had documents translated from Japanese to English for official UK Government purposes, and was amazed by the speed and accuracy of the translation. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone needing a translation.
Done well in advance before the deadline and cheaper than other services (some asked me up to £20 more for the same document). Only 1 issues with a misspelt name but it was promptly sorted out.

Beware. Did not receive a quote within 30 mins as their site promises, nor did it arrive within 12 hours. After chasing up was told that they had IT issues and was told that the delivery time, despite the delay of their failing IT system, was to be 2-3 days. If you have urgent documents then use a different site.
