Check in was super easy. Everyone was very nice and the gym seems a bit small at first but that is just an illusion. Great gym had good fun.
App seems fairly easy to use. Used it at Neoness in Paris, the first receptionist looked very confused when I showed her the day pass, however the second knew it and she allowed me in.
Its a Quick gym for travelers.... There are not a lot of benches / equipment and if its semi crowded , good luck getting something. No water fountains and the WiFi doesn't work... The staff is unmotivated while working ... This is a gym , there needs to be a vibe a culture inside...

Minimalist gym, which is great for when you’re on a budget. For a 15€ regular gym membership fee per month, I honestly thought 10€ is a bit steep for a walk in. However, I know the chain, and it is always clean, and all the coaches are very much approachable and give off good vibes at all times. Only complaint I have is the one time only fee. Other than that, it’s a perfectly fine gym if you’re there to mind your own business and hit the cardio station
Workout was great. Was disappointed after I made transaction that price quoted was not in Canadian dollars. So more expensive than advertised. I would expect being in Canada prices quoted would be in the local currency
It is a ok gym. Not enough variety of equipments and free weights. Since i am staying in Lisbon for a couple of weeks per year, it is fine. But if I lived here i would try and find a more complete one.
Good gym with many treadmills. Machines but also dumbbells for free weight training. Some Treadmills are a bit “hidden” as they are in a separate room not visible as you step inside. Clean and tidy.

Perfect App, it was absolut usefull. I’ve alrrady use twice and I will follow to use it. Just book the club and activate the pass the day of the training at the reception desk. No worries no paper at all.
It is a good app that I use when travelling, but it has stopped working so I needed to load it down again in order to make it working....
Very simple, practical and hassle free app. The only down side is there’s still a lot of lack of local partners in a lot of major cities. Hopefully it will keep growing at a good pace.

A good all-round gym with a selection of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, free weights and various classes. A good atmosphere and a decent standard of cleanliness. Only slight issue was buying a day pass was a bit complicated.
It’s a great app that provides a much-needed service. My main complaint is that not all cities have enough options, which I would guess is something that will get better as the partnership network expands.
I really like the idea of your app but every time i go to use it, it fails and i cannot use it in the end or somekind of a problem is with the app. Also the customer service agents are not very familiar with the systems or service recovery techniques so they also cannot help. I would happily keep on using your app if it worked bulletproofly :)
